    Looks so peaceful now. I served there too with 1PWO after the Cheshire guys. Always knew it was a beautiful country. I remember working escort thru GV making the hard right turns back to base and north up to Tusla. Such a shame what happened there. I showed my kids this is where we lived for almost 6 months, it seems like such a long time ago now i'm in my 50's!!! Glad to see GV looking so clean and Quiet, is the Wayne Edwards memorial still there by the bridge!!! Thanks for posting!!!

      When the evil politics of the 1990s from the EU did its part to make us go to war for the sake of Serbian interests, this beautiful city is now half empty of Croats and Muslims, unfortunately.

      Yes, it was rebuilt nicely, even though there are still many facades that still bear the scars of shrapnel and bullets. It was very tragic what happend to my home town and its people. Thank you for your service in BRITBAT!
