Also when you do your collection video could you just do pops that you don’t see yourself selling anytime soon if that?! Like pops you wouldn’t even think about getting rid of. I completely understand this! I recently sold most of my Funko collection, and after parting with nearly everything, it really opens your eyes up to what you truly like! The only pops I regret selling are some of my Fruits Basket pops, which I'll probably be on the lookout for again. I really don't feel the need or desire to repurchase everything else. I have actually gotten rid of majority of my game/movie collection (except grails) a month ago as well. When I first started collecting Funko, I decided to buy Pops of my favorite characters from every games I played and movies as well as animes I watched. But eventually I lost interest in games/movie pops and they ended up on storage collecting dust. I handed over more than 30 Funko pops to local charity feeling it would be better off in hands of those who actually want them. And I too have been hesitant to purchase MHA pops lately. I love MHA and still do the point where I'm watching season 7 every Saturday. But, plot felt rushed for me in Season 5 and lost some interest. Since then, I've purchased 3 MHA pops and hesitant to buy more MHA in future.

I am in the same boat as you, I have close to 100 pops so it’s not as big of a collection as yours.Though I have been sort of stressing about space and contemplating what pops I truly want in my collection. Right now the main lines I have are Naruto, Bleach, Black Clover, Demon Slayer and One Piece. Thinking about sizing down on Naruto but it is hard to do so, like I have three Obito’s but I love each one so much from the Tobi to War Mask and then him unmasked. Gonna have to take a hard look and make some cuts. I am still trying to sell my Full Metal pops that I decided I no longer wanted a few months ago so that’s also an issue I run across when I finally do make my choices.
I have one of each character of MHA. I have a really awesome OOB display. I sold my other variations of Bakugo, Deku, etc. The only collection I have multiple forms for is Naruto

From my collection, MHA was the first one I decided to sell all of as well as a big chunk of DC and all of my Marvel. My DC Comics collection is much much smaller now. Now I just mainly focus Anime, (depending on characters) and now I'm more into statues ❤
I understand you, because right now I am only buying certain funko pops of some characters that I only like and I try not to repeat unless it is a new mold or I have not gotten that figure, either because it is very limited in terms of limited pieces

4 AM Geezs, i remember when i use to wake up at 3am just to play mario with peace and quiet lol! most of my anime pops itraded for a PS5 But i refused to let go of One Piece Set!
i just collect the main characters of the animes/shows i watch. And i also collect one piece cards but im only trying to get the ones i want now. I will only buy a box if there are a few i want in there. also have a view figures on top of my shelves reflecting each anime displayed under it. then i put posters on the wall behind the shelf to also reflect the funko pops and figures displayed
I only buy items i like, but out of the 50 funkos i have, i dont mind selling or getting rid of 5-10 certain ones. The last funko pop i want to buy is the gamestop Gear 5 Luffy coming out in 2 weeks.

The more I look at my Naruto collection, I realize that I only want to keep the Hokages, chases, and Akatsuki pops. I really like this video because it shows me that its ok to let go of some of these pops because although it might be hard, you can always go back to them some day down the road.
We are so alike, I stay up late too, like who needs sleep! But I still try to get 7 to 8 hours of sleep. I guess I have a hard time falling asleep early. I'm usually up very late. Move to Orlando!!! I'm too much, I would love to be neighbors... 🤩
I totally understand you with MHA,I’m struggling to watch the current season because I have already read the manga and the pacing of this arc so far is just as horrendous in the anime,my Crunchyroll membership expires at the end of the month and since Konosuba and Hashira Training will most likely be over by then I have no intention of renovating it just for MHA so I can safely say I’m done with the series since the manga is finally on its final chapters,literally the only scene I’m looking forward to seeing animated from this entire arc is the climax…
I would finetune my collection, but selling the ones I no longer want is the roadblock I always arrive at. I live in a small city where using the local marketplace isn’t successful due to no one else really collecting. That leads me to selling online and I just don’t know where to start. I don’t want to have to go pay any seller fees..
As a huge MHA fan, I understand... As Pops as much as I enjoy having them it can be overwhelming. You have to really consider if it's a want or need* (never a need LOL). Also I hope you can get some rest, I feel like pop buying is an addiction and then its a habit of organizing then hoping to sell them off so you can reutilize the money :( I wasted a lot of money over these years... :(
i understand where your coming from, like issue with theme like mha & say pokemon line is too many pops and variations of each character now and wont stop any time soon. like i got flocked umbreon & normal dragonite pop because there some of my fav pokemon but dont have space or even want to put funds into getting all pokemon pops as more rather put more money on lego myself. Also my only complete pop line i won is invader zim because its rare they do pops for it so easier to keep up with.
At this point in my collecting journey, I am the total opposite to this. Like, I get distressed knowing I have an incomplete set 😂 Maybe this will be me in a few years 🙏❤
I felt the same way I recently sold 400+ Funko’s and only kept the ones I liked the most,and most are limited pieces now I have only 55 Funko pops in my collection.
You are valid for getting rid of MHA pops, but I don't really like the show at all so I am biased. I don't really care for Demon Slayer either, but they have some of the best looking pops in my opinion so I wouldn't blame you for keeping them. Honestly if you have any copies of a pop that has a GITD edition, just get rid of the normal one and always keep the glow imo. Most metallic pops you should also get rid of cause idk I think a lot of them look pretty bad compared to their normal counterparts. One Piece is something I am currently collecting right now so it is hard for me to recommend any you should get rid of haha. Love the Spider-Man collection even though I mainly collect anime.
I'm currently getting ready to move and am trying to purge some of my collection too 🥲 it's tough but also rewarding to let go of some stuff to make room for newer things!

i used to have 50+ pops in past now only got 20 or less maybe as very rare i buy pop, as must like it alot to even consider buying it in first place.
