  • Then he says takbir and goes into prostration. He puts his knees on the ground. He then puts his forehead and nose on the ground. He places it on the ground with his palms open. He recites takbir while going to prostration. He does not raise his hands in takbirs other than the Rukun.
While going to prostration, he first places his knees, then his hands, then his forehead and nose on the ground. The man does not bring his elbows to his stomach, but opens them to the side. The woman does not do this (brings her elbows to her stomach). While prostrating, men keep their legs open, women do not.
In prostration, a man does not hold his belly to his knees but keeps it separate from his thighs. A woman brings her belly to her knees, leaving no space between her abdomen. In prostration, he puts his hands at shoulder level, puts his fingers together without opening them, and even tries to bring his thumbs together. There is no problem if the thumb is not joined.
He does not spread his elbows on the ground, as dogs do. This is prohibited.
In prostration, he says "Subhana rabbiye'l-a'la" (I keep my Almighty Lord away from all defective attributes) three times. If he is not an imam, it would be nice if he recites the tasbih more than three times.
Then, reciting the takbir, he raises his head from prostration and sits on his left foot, with his waist straight. He plants his right foot and places his hands on his knees with his fingers open.
It keeps your fingers in their natural state without forcing them to open and close.
Except for the rosary prayer, this sitting does not last long. Then he performs the second prostration in the same way. When getting up from prostration in each rakat that does not have a tashahhu behind it, he sits down slightly to rest. Then he puts his hands on the ground and gets up. He does not put one of his feet forward when standing up. He extends the takbir halfway up the standing position. As follows: While sitting, he says the "he" of the word "Allah". He says Akbar's "kef" as soon as he leans on his hands to stand up. He says Akbar's "ra" in the middle of standing up. Thus, the part up to the middle of the take-off is completed with takbir. The takbir spreads towards the first and last part of the take-off, which is the closest to the complete situation. He performs the second rakat like the first and repeats the audhu as in the beginning. (In Hanafis, the recitation of the second rakat begins only with Bismillah.)
