In this video I share one of my favorite trading setups in order flow: The extreme point of control.
The point of control is the price level in a bar that has the highest amount of trading activity and interest. It represents an area of agreement between buyers and sellers.
An extreme point of control occurs when the point of control is at the high or low of bar. This indicates absorption by passive traders and is often the start of a reversal. But the key is to have a move to reverse.
