Thanks God i back on tricking again. An insight that i had last session is that is not about visualizing the trick before doing, but feeling how is doing it, the strenght and rotation.
Twist disease, kinda sounds like Lost Movement Syndrome. Had it a few times now, you don't land a trick, start thinking about how you actually do it and realizing you don't understand the trick anymore. Then you start questioning your other tricks and suddenly you lose one trick after the other. But once you realize it's all in your mind and can somehow get the 'I can do it' mindset back, it's like nothing ever happened. Sometimes takes months tho...
Thanks man I got my gainer back it was because I messed up many times and I lost hope but after this i tried and it was not perfect but it was the way I wanted so ty
great vid, you mainly touched upon the mentality of tricking - of this perseverance perspective and that your mind is the source of reality and so if you believe in in its more likely to happen. Hence, why athletes usually visualize their movements before going for it never heard of twist disease, i think my single dub problem was from drilling alot of dubs and not mastering fulls, but how do you know youve mastered a trick? untill you know exactly where you aree in the air, done it at least 10000 times and what not but yea theres got to be some science behind this, not much science theory is brought upon tircking just other sports
hahaha, funny story kind of like twist disease, i've never heard of twist disease but i was going for a super casual double front to pit, and boom triple. whoops....
This is totally off topic but why does the map behind you have every state in the US and every providence in Canada separated out like they're different countries?
If it was due to a lack of skill the recognise that you should have been trying what your were and go back to the prerequisites. If it was just a freak accident then follow the advice in the video once your body is healthy enough to do so!
Not to be too fitness spiritual, but I think past strength, flexibility, and decent motor skills, the rest of tricking is believing in yourself.
I lost my ability to do fulls, but then I went back to it and achieved it again 💪🏼.
Kerry Keosayasing nice. I stopped working on them 1 year ago when I would always over-rotate them and do doubles by accident

Thank you nice mindset!

they are not separated out, because the colors are different the lakes are easier to pick thats what is confusing you i believe.

What if you do a flip and land badly like maybe on your head or maybe on the neck how should we approach the flip or overcome that fear
