At the Lamb's High Feast We Sing (Tune: Salzburg - 4vv) [with lyrics for congregations]

"At the Lamb's High Feast We Sing" was written by Robert Campbell in 1849 as a translation of the Latin hymn, 'Ad Regias Agni Dapes', which is of unknown date, possibly sixth century.
The tune is 'Salzburg', first published anonymously in the nineteenth edition of Johann Crüger's 'Praxis Pietatis Melica' of 1678; in the twenty-fourth edition of 1690 the tune was attributed to Jakob Hintze, who had contributed over sixty tunes to the book.
It is performed here by Durham Cathedral Choir.
