If you'll listen to interviews of when he wrote this song he was still dating Camille Rome, so how can you be missing someone you're with. My honest opinion is he wrote this song about Louis Tomlinson. You can disagree with me if you want, but I've been married for almost 32 years, with the same guy since I was 16. One direction didn’t have any lead singers, the only reason it may seem like it was because in their first album and a little bit second management didn’t give each boy the same amount of time to sing they gave 3 of the boys the main time (Harry, Liam and Zayn) but they later on gave all the boys almost the same amount and Harry was always seen as the womanizer but he’s definitely NOT, not even close to being.
