Real shame engine is having issues with a lot of players in this mode, this scale is just perfect. Also, props to your vehicle/gear designers, some things look much better than stuff you see in much much bigger games.
@@TheRedMenaceProductions from UDK to UE 4 will not be THAT huge is the same underneath, just trimmed down for the indie devs back then, now UE5 is even free....up to 100.000k or so. but anyways thats the least to worry now. :)
Man I really wish the Renegade concept got the love it deserved. It certainly could stand to be something like what Savage: Battle for Newerth was. I'm glad this game's being kept alive as a fan project which is damn fun, but with the right backing, it could be so much more. Keen to see more, and I'll definitely try this out.

The Mammoth MK.2 model looks so much like a placeholder, having none of the detail and improvement that the other mechs have, like it was ported straight from the RTS game. Hoping more improvement goes into modeling it in the future.
The Mammoth Mark II you're seeing in this footage is the one from Tiberian Sun: Reborn, a mod for Renegade. Yes, it is a placeholder until we get our interpetation of the Mammoth Mark II
This looks really really good! It doesn't even have to be super realistic or super HD. Just make it look good (like atm!) and fun. It's a game after all. Why don't major games development studios get it? Why can't they create something like this? Beats me.. Anyways guys, awesome job, true C&C 👍🏻
Is that Mammoth model perhaps a placeholder? Just wondering since its model feels really simplistic if you were to compare its quality with the rest of the walkers I've seen in Firestorm.
We aren't testing at the moment and we already have a massive amount of Closed Beta Testers. Maybe in the future we are able to share this with more people.

i hope the sniper dont kill tanks anymore. I found it a bit too casual, a bit too fast. defending a harvester was never a big deal. And the ai too stupid for coop. But the game itself is really great.
The wolverine's are too large and fire way too fast. Many of the vehicles need to be changed to create better parity and balance between GDI and NOD. It seems things have been developed with no thought process behind it, it's simply added because it "looks cool." Large vehicles should be weak against infantry but strong against other vehicles, while infantry are weak against large vehicles but strong against one another. The Titan should only have a cannon and not also have a coaxial machine gun, plus it's way too fast walking.
I don't care if it's not ready yet, I want it.

This game has nailed the gameplay and the immersion. But too bad the engine doesent seem to handle well.
why is the base made like its an online game with 33 power plants and 5 ore refs etc?

EA can do this kinda game using their engine but they're too dumb
I dont get this game. You can't build and maps are small as heck. Whats the point of calling it c&c besides the models?
