@@geoffoldread7684 Hey thanks for making me explain my joke, but if you learn to goddamn READ you'll understand that I referred to his subsequent works and not his precedent accomplishments, so my post is still true. Finish your GED.
The script was changed. Notice the tornado in the pit at the end? Someone threw a tornado bomb into the pit, but the Baby Bowler scene was added so that it's Carmine destroying it. The cast made this movie good despite the director's incompetence.
What francistaylor1822 said. It seems likely that if the script was changed at the last minute it was the director who changed it. The actors might have suggested an improvised scene (if the director wasn't, in fact, encouraging improvisation amongst such a talented comedic cast all along) but it would still have been the director who included it in the final cut.
It's been such a long time but I think they did both, there are several movies from that time frame where certain cur scenes were just cut from the VHS copy with no reason given, and sometimes they were critical moments and it makes that part of the movie look odd
When this came out about 25 years ago, my brother, his kids, and myself rented it. When it got close to the end, Mr Furious grabs the girl (can't remember her name) and jumps 20' down, while playing the sound FX from Bionic Man. My brother & I bust out laughing, but his kids just have a blank look and saying "we don't get it".
Saw this movie at the drive in when it originally released. It was the second feature, right after The Blair Witch Project. I had it on VHS and DVD... maybe I should find a Blu Ray copy!
They changed the original ending. If you pay attention to the visual effects when Carmine destroys the psycho-frakulator, you’ll notice that it looks exactly like the tornado-in-a-can from when they first meet Heller. That’s because they were originally supposed to use the canned tornado to destroy the machine.
The guy who can only become invisible when nobody is watching is still the best super hero ever.
"Two hands there, son."
No wonder he was friends with Lucky Pierre and the French Tickler. 🙂
This is the Galaxy Quest of superhero movies!
Exactly it’s good and earnest. While a parody
You must’ve ripped the letter q out of my dictionary, because I don’t know the meaning of the word “quit” 😂😂 epic line
This movie was SOOO underrated.
Fun fact:
One of the guys Casanova killed on the stairs was Michael Bay, who has since gone on to become a famously shitty director.
Not exactly. He'd already directed Bad Boys, The Rock and Armageddon prior to this film, so he was pretty well-established.

Don't say his name 3 times.

@@geoffoldread7684 Not sure who you're talking to, I thought that was pretty damn funny.
Fun Fact, this actually is based off an established comic series.... in continuity with the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
no shit?? that's pretty cool
"Oh quick thought, would you mind removing the submicronic laser located on the index finger of your right hand?"
I have the bowling ball from this movie
Does it fly?
Does it talk to you?
@@julianprasaja2227 only when I launch it down the lanes it's a 14 lb ball

@@matthewvolb94 How'd you acquire it? I'm impressed 😁👍
One of the most underrated movies of the past century.
Dude not concerned at all during his monologue about the hovering bowling ball with a skull in it.
Geoffrey Rush is one of my favorite actors.
Not the coke nail lmao

It was a good movie because of everyone, the director still made a good movie

Perfect parody of the 90s superhero movies
The way you wrote the title to this video, makes it look like Ben Stiller IS Casanova.
This cast is stacked 😮

Definitely, a movie for folks who like slightly to totally off-the-wall humor.
Where exactly was the “slightly” part😂
I've always wanted to like this movie, but couldn't bring myself to it. Cast is great and the concept is cool, but it just falls flat for me.
A very underrated movie
This movie was so much better than it was given credit for.
Such a great movie I still basically remember every part off by heart! Lol
Quite possibly the best movie ever….:)
Would have been even better with a competent director.
Criminally underrated film.
I really like this movie❣️
They need to make a sequel with them searching for The Spleen's killer.
WTF The spleen didn't die ?
@a.m.studios6126 Peewee Herman died so he can't be in the sequel.
@@joshuaingram571 I forgot about Paul Reubens.
Casanova should have known he was in trouble when Roy actually MADE that climb with hands only: that takes a lot of strength to do.

Talk about a mood shift.

Final Showdown with Casanova (Geoffrey Rush), not Ben Stiller.
The original Justice League. 🤣
The original Avengers
Mr furious is back
The ending is just like when the guardians of the galaxy jeld the infinity stone
So, they could have just asked the bowling ball to kill everybody and then smash everything...
I’m embarrassed to say I saw this in the theater….
I feel like I've enjoyed many ben stiller movies, but ben stiller has always been a weak part of all those movies.
This bowling ball was the only reason why the heroes won… otherwise, everyone would’ve died…

understand you've inserted your father's skull inside of that ball for bowling? The Bowler : No, the guy at the pro shop did
