Yes. Kishi is the leader - he was the leader when he was with K&P as well. He is the oldest of the 3 and has the longest career (although just by a couple of years) in show biz. As for their roles in the group (not their performance traits), in my opinion, Kishi is the unquestionable leader, Sho is the front-line driving force and Jin is the facilitator who is known to integrate Sho, Kishi and his ideas and work with the staff members to make it happen (he is also involved in stage directions). You can tell that they have full confidence in each other and work cohesively - now no more struggles with the management on their career paths and directions. The president of the current company TOBE, H. Takizawa himself was Johnny’s idol before he became a producer and a president of former J company which manages and produces the next star (one of the subsidiary of the holding company). After he left J, he formed a new company and all the artists who belong to TOBE now seem really happy. His style is to respect the artists’ creativity and help realize their artistic pursuits, rather than being all business and cramming them with random work without any breathing room, which can result in compromising the quality of the work. Takizawa is capable and very strategic so I am sure he has ideas to make the 3 pursue what they want, satisfy the domestic fans and also generate a lot of profit to expand the company and the artists’ activities. Expanding to the global market is a whole different animal and there are a lot of different factors but they seem determined and us fans will try to support them as best we can. BTW, Takizawa is the one who produced and debuted SixTones, Snowman and Travis Japan before he left J.
I agree with your thoughts on strengthening the promotion of Blow Your Cover. This dance is so so cool ! The dance is intense and crisp, even though it is a slow R&B song. The way they dance with a loose and rapid rhythm is a sight to behold. They dance very sexy and heartrendingly. I didn't think they would choreograph this way for this song. In a good way, they have exceeded my imagination. The song will be performed on terrestrial television on April 1. The audience will be drawn into the world of the song. The melody and singing are pleasant, and no matter how many times. I’m captivated by their singing voice . I am addicted to them！ This would be a masterpiece if made into a music video.
