I'm over zucchini noodles and cauliflower....maybe on a bed of cabbage. I will try this for Wednesdays dinner since I literally made curry chicken and sausage and cabbage this morning. Sunday and Wednesday are my cooking days. I luv u cookfriend.

I cried laughing when the southern elder accent came in! Such a nostalgic feeling of standing in front of the stove as a child with my Great Granny. Glamma and Mamma were too young to cook like this!!
You had me at Dubliner!!! My favorite cheese. Love the nutty-ness. To me it’s a mash up of cheddar and parm. Great dish. I’ll be grabbing some more season at the store to make this.
omg thats the perfect way to describe it! I used it in a mac and chees and it was great. I also used it to prepare an alfreo and loved it. truely a great cheese that is afforable at Costco too
Somehow I missed this when it came out,my bad. So you had me at chicken thighs. I find it odd that the least expensive cut of chicken is the most favorable also. No complaints here. So please forgive me when I tweak a recipe. I'm a huge fan of basil and I couldn't help but think a little basil added to the spinach would really be great. And not peekaboo taste but a little more. Kind of a balance with the spinach. Then when out of the oven maybe a little chopped or shredded basil on top for garnish. And a few sliced in half grape tomatoes for some color and brightness. Hmmm, lady keep up your great work and have a great day. 🌞 👍🌱

And we all know some folks are a bit thin skined. But I'm always looking at new and different ways to do a meal. I have a Cajun seasoned vegetables dish I came up with approximately 25 years ago and guess what, I'm STILL working on it. Still trying to make it even better. You asked us viewers some time ago about salmon. We need to figure out how to connect. I don't buy salmon, I catch it ( I live in Washington state) Just something to think about. 🤔 Have a great day 🌤.
