Very interesting contrasting Tokyo's to Seoul's delivery drivers. In Seoul, the delivery riders are total outlaws. They run the red lights, ride on the sidewalk, they make illegal u-turns, drive the wrong way in the one-way street. Seoul's traffic is much heavier too. At times when I was viewing your rides it seemed like a ghost town.
