Awesome video, doc. I love that gerber with the flathead blade. it's like a more modern take on an electricians knife. I've never seen one like that before. I am always learning when I watch this channel. Have a great day, cheers.
I'm excited to see the get together with all the guys. Sure there will be many stories shared off camera that we all wish we could be there for. Cheers doc.
Always a great morning enjoying my coffee and watching the Doctor work. Tim is right about vintage Gerber knives being available in the Pacific Northwest. We are blessed to have many knife manufacturers up here. Buck, Benchmade, Gerber, Kershaw, CRKT and many others that I am missing. It makes knife shopping easier whether you are buying new or used.
Another awesome vid , wanted to give you a big shout out to the man doc . The auction was awesome , wish I could have won more knifes , I bid on several . But had a blast . I won the gerber (black ) one . And got my fist decal . Still working on a box to send you. Keep up the awesome vids . God bless
I like that Gerber knife. I don't think I have seen that one before. I like those older Gerber knives. i wonder if there is a book on the history of Gerber out there. If you got too many boxes you can send me a couple. lol.... Your shop is coming along pretty good.
My dad gave me one of those Japanese hobo style knives I believe they were made for the Japanese military. He got it on Okinawa in the 60s. My grandpa was stationed there. And they lived there a couple of years. Unfortunately I’ve misplaced it I’m sure it’s around somewhere and I’ll find it one day. I bought one like it at a flea market for 20 bucks though
Well when you get to my package, my letter isn't so great, lolllllll, I thought of more stuff to say, but I already sent the package, lolllllll. Have a Blessed Day everyone.
Morning doc I'm sure u already know this but Sheffield England is known as the steel city being a ex soldier (squaddie 😂) i remember our drill instructors screaming at us all during bayonet training tellings us were they were made being a Yorkshire lad it made me so proud to think that these issue bayonets were all made there its also known as the cutlers city I like seeing the Richards knife as I own one different to the one recieved on the video but once again home from work watching these fantastic videos whilst enjoying good coffee stay sharp Marine 😀 👍
Hey doc. I do a lot of Boston butts. Try this mustard binder then a base of heath riles garlic jalapeno rub then meat church honey hog for your rubs. Also I know you like vinegar sauce get you some blues hog Tennessee red it's amazing on pulled pork
