DISCLAIMER FOR GENERAL STAFF LOSSES DATA
1) These are real people with real lives and real families who love them. Don’t let the numbers sap your humanity.
2) These numbers probably aren’t accurate but they’re the best we have and we don’t need them to be accurate to be indicative of patterns of activity.
3) All losses are estimates. Losses cannot be counted with accuracy because of the conditions on the ground.
4) Both sides would see it to be of their advantage to minimize their own losses maximize the other side’s losses.
5) Neither side releases their losses but we have enough transparency from the Ukrainian side to have confidence in they are indicative.
6) Personnel losses are hard to count. If a soldier gets injured, heals up, and returns to the front line only to get injured again, is that one loss or two? Also, how to deal with losses from PMC’s or soldiers fighting with RF from occupied territories?
7) Equipment losses are hard to count. If an AA complex involves several parts and one part gets disabled, is that a loss, or a fraction of a loss? If a tank gets disabled, repaired, back into the fight, then disabled again, is that one lost tank or two?
8) All recorded losses are vulnerable to multiple reporting. We have already seen numerous cases of multiple drones in the air reporting the same loss from different angles as multiple engagements.
9) Losses are not always reported on the same day they occurred. It is frequent that drone losses are reported at least 24 hours after other terrestrial equipment losses. Certain losses may not be reported for days or weeks for military intelligence reasons.

When the Russians say that a ship was attacked and the ship itself, in port, did the repelling, is actually admitting that the target was clear and therefor most have been hit. If the missile was intercepted in air as claimed they would not have been sure about the target.

That was the patriot launcher that was damaged a couple months ago or so... Just now arrived back in the US after being pulled out of Ukraine, transported to Poland, loaded up and flown back for repairs. Logistics to get it back for repair took a bit of time. Hopefully getting it repaired and back into service wont take as long.

Even if the loses are overstated it is just not stopping. The loss of life is shocking and when this is over the shock on the Russian side when they have time to contemplate it is going to seep deep into that society and anger is going to be the outlet for it. If you defend you can take it because you on that piece of land have protected it but it is way harder to sell for going into another country and dying there. Putin has made one blunder after another miscalculating his opponents views and actions but he has also failed to understand his own citizens. It might because he is a calculating sociopath and they are unable to get inside others minds. If you looks at all the blunders it has been about what the other side would do in reaction to his imperialism.

spotting drones is as difficult a problem for Ukraine as it is for Russia
These Russian strikes are all really taking a heavy toll on Ukraines economy and it’s a real worry, whether it be grain ready for export, port facilities or the energy grid it’s all adding up and the answer is simply more air defence now, for a big cost now we can save much much more down the line in what it will cost to rebuild! I don’t know what it will take for our governments to wake up and smell the coffee but it needs to happen.

I would like to build on one of your topics today as I think you have just skimmed it. You brought up this Indian fellow today who was killed on the front line. As this war has progressed it seems I am the only one who goes beyond the anglo slavic bubble when it comes to info. Unlike you, I believe this man knew exactly what he was doing and his local media fuelled him. I realize that no one here regularly watches Indian or Chinese news. If you did you would be more clear-eyed on the fact that these "recruits" have been groomed by their own governments for years. I will start with my first example
CGTN (Communist Global Television Network). Since the start of the war, this fine entity run by CCP has been pumping Z propaganda through out Africa. Yes, the money helps but if you believe the war is just a clean-up operation why wouldn't you go help finish that up for the big bucks. CCTV (Chinese Communist Television) does the job at home. If you look at that you might as well be watching Z Channel 1. Yes money is a motivator, however, I would argue that a skewed understanding helps even more. This is not to speak of the Great Firehose that scrubs the mainland internet.
In India the local media is as bad if not worse. Since the start of the war they have pushing the US / Nato aggressor narrative. Hindi is not a language I have so I watch in English. If you look at channels like Wion, Republic and First post you will see a wonderful tapestry of Z disinformation couched in the established narrative of the real friend / real ally new new Z land and India relationship. Their latest one is tying the USA to what happened at the Crocus Mall. I believe the tweet you showed is nothing more than disinformation sanctioned by the newly emerging dictator Modi.
As usual keep up the good work. I am only here to enhance what you are putting out.

The Kommunal, Russia's oldest ship and the only rescue ship in the Black Sea was hit.
Ship name "Komuna" old ship for repair and towing submarines.Hiting in Sevastopolj.
It'd be a shame if it is Kommuna that has been hit. That's a really historic and unique salvage vessel launched in 1913. It was employed on some recovery operations when the Moscva went down. It has little military value since it only performs salvage and recovery operations, and has no armaments.

The vote for ukraine aid is expected to take place between tuesday and end of next week. However it is not yet officially scheduled. After that Biden has to sign it. I guess in 10-14 days we can expect the bill to be officially passed.
