What is Arama?

Watch this amazing tasting menu by Antonio Abbruzzino from Arama. Abbruzzino was one of the first chefs in Calabria, Italy to earn a Michelin star. This tasting menu only restaurant lives within the bigger restaruant Il Dandy in San Diego, CA. Unfortunately this restuarant is put on hold due to the Covid 19 pandemic. This was filmed before the the pandemic when life was normal and we didn't need to wear PPE in restaurants. Hopefully we will get back to that normality sometime soon.
Our content is intended to inspire the next generation of chef's to use more sustainable culinary practices. We promote sourcing sustainable ingredients and wasting less by using the most epic techniques possible.

I think around 150, but this was only 6 or the 10-12 they normally would have done. Unfortunately they are closed because of Covid. :(
