Just as a point to make, I don't think that Special cargo is a terrible decision if you already have other businesses setup and have a cash reserve as you will earn money back with lupe over time, however it's terrible for literally anyone for a early game invesment.
Thanks for adding this comment. You are right, a beginner that's been in the game for a month, it isn't the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, even 5th business to buy. It's not a bad investment once you have 50 or 60 million in the bank. Once I got to that point, I got 5 la4ge WH. Let the warehouse aides do 75% of the sourcing over time. Then just let them sit til a double money sell week. The last one was in August. I sold all of them in friendly, public lobbies and made over 55 million by selling stockpile on first day of bonus week, then busted ass for 4 or 5 days and filled them all again and sold the last day of that week. Haven't set foot, except to have aids source crates, since then...till this week. To bank another 55 million plus.
Agreed. 100% it’s a tiring, often boring, very work-heavy business to run. I have it. Got it much after I had everything else. And now I ONLY source passively. No rush to fill them up ever. And once everything is full, I go around selling all the special items. Then passively source again. And finally one morning I’ll spend time selling all 555 crates. By that point I’ve made up well over all the money spent sourcing so it doesn’t matter if I’m in a private lobby. And then whenever I remember I send the staff out again. The problem is - on weeks like this where there’s a bonus - there’s actually a lot of pressure to fill up these warehouses. And that absolutely sucks. It’s a horrendously tedious business to run. I sold 5 yesterday. And can grind and probably stock and sell them all again by the time the week is up (partly thanks to the GTA+ speed boost on passive sourcing). But there’s no way I even want to do that. No matter how nice the money sounds. More than just the money sinkhole, it’s important for people to understand the mental and physical exhaustion these warehouses cause. 😂
I agree. I only use them for weeks like this one. I send the techs out twice a day for about a month and wait to sell them for 20million. Using the techs makes it effortless since I send them out when I log in then again before I log off. I did fill one warehouse myself and you are right... Extremely boring 😂

at double money selling 5 large warehouses is about 22million... more than enough to pay for all 5 warehouses.. The MIXED goods truck pays 50k every 48 mins too, more than enough to pay lupe to souce 5 crates...even if you dont do special cargo, Buy a small warehouse and run special cargo every 48 mins for 50k and you will payback the small warehouse in 2 days of play. My sales on my special cargo warehouses is about 150 million. Not all of us want to run Cayo every day & we may not even need the money. I like to switch my grinds so it doesnt get boring. When i empty my warehouses I do a source mission here and there and fill them over a month.
When a lot of people bought the special cargo warehouses, there were way fewer ways to earn money, no Cayo, no Casino, so it was a decent way to make money back then.
The crate warehouse is simply not a new player investment. This is my favorite business in the game as I can just afk and net 10 million dollars every few days. I made my money back from buying 5 large warehouses in about 2 weeks.
Guys Lupe does the grind for you. Buy these businesses when on sale and let your people do the work for you. This guy should rename his channel just do a Cayo. Super lame and that’s why people get burnt out on this game.
The Only Businesses that I own are 5 large Warehouses on both characters so about 10 in total... I've made well over 100 million by just doing Special Cargo
I disagree, having all businesses gives you always something to do. Making money is never a problem. You can also source the special cargo never having to get it yourself having a chance to get 1 to 3x cargo.
I do the warehouse in the background. I send Lupe and when I'm bored I grind some crates. This is a long period business and the most people make this for some extra money while you do the other businesses. We just waited for this week to sell. Ofc the main ones for me are cayo, cluck in bell (with the glitch), dr.dre and nightclub.
So if you buy 5 this week, after 2 sales in a full lobby you’ve paid for it all, it’s pretty much passive income if you just get the staff to source cargo. I don’t really get why anyone would think it was a bad business to get! Along with the acid lab and Cayo this is my biggest money earner. I’d say it’s close to the 1st purchase I’d recommend.
its not bad, i am about 150M in sales on mine, the 50k from the mixed goods more than pays for my pallets i have lupe source each time so i consider my investment at $0 to buy crates.

It doesn’t when you are actively grinding, but if you have 5 large crate warehouses, it’s one of the best passive businesses in the game. Just stop by every 48 minutes and bam profit. Still definitely wouldn’t advise a new player to get one. This week maybe but normally no. It’s really the cherry on top for players who have already established multiple ways of making decent money.
korrekt. i have 5 large warehouses too and i only use Lupe and the other NPCs to fill it up over half a year and then bam, when the week gives double payment i sell it. i dont do a single mission to fill it. i use the npcs, when i startet the game and i use them before i quit the game. thats all
Totally agree I only brought a small one for my night club to be able to accrue some nightclub stock and Cayo with nightclub arcade bunker with the new 150k per 48 minutes with ammunition delivery and mixed cargo delivery ♻️
just doing the mixed goods alone pays a small warehouse off in 2 days of play.. anything you do beyond that is gravy... if you were to have lupe get you a crate eveytime you pick up mixed goods you would double your $$
in the long run it would be worth the investment if you had the chick auto source for you while you do other things and come back to sell during double money week.. pretty sure u can have her source crates through the ceo office desk so just pay a visit to the office every hour just like you would with the arcade terminal for nightclub popularity
Good info bro but when I bought gta v on xbox s I got 4 million, so I got 1 office, 1 warehouse, then another, both cheap and I'm just asking them to source 1 crate for 7.5 that can be sold for 50k, plus they can source you 1 to 4 crates, some of them can be special that will worth more. I agree it is boring but so far I got all my money while focusing on my salvage yard, autoshop, nightclub and bunker, plus any heists. I am happy with this business.
The reason the payout is so bad is because the warehouses are old in GTA. Rock* need to up the payouts to be in line with Cayo or even cluckin bell payouts. Although Cluckin Bell isn't that great either. Or the Dr Dre contract. Madrazo Contact missions were 2x payouts and I had playlists of all his jobs that I set up years ago. Even with 2x payouts, the money was terrible and lets not forget you had to sit there for the 15 minutes just to get top dollar. So you quickly do the contract then sit outside his gate for 10 minutes and go mow your lawn or whatever then come back and finish the mission all to get a top payout of $40k. This used to be big money when the most expensive car was the Truffade at $1M. Now you can't even buy a Honda Civic knock off for less than $1.5M. All of those old missions etc when put up to 2x$ need to stay there once the week is over just to make them somewhat relevant again. And remove the 15 minute wait time on the old contact missions to get the decent money. If I do it in 1 minute (Blow up) then I should get paid in 1 minute, that would make it worthwhile again. It would also help new players. Just my rant. Carry on people.
I think for a new player there are better ways to make money now but for a lot of us crates was all we had when we started. I still enjoy it put on a podcast and crate grind.
I agree special cargo is pretty dull. But you do need a CEO office and assistant for several reasons. And buy a small warehouse like White Widow so you can do the mixed goods exports. These are a quick and easy 50000 gta$ as often as every 48 minutes. Cluckin Bell is my go to now for higher payout. Cayo is still OK but it's not the only game in town. VIP Contract is good too but only once you have good weapon loadout.
You only need ONE small warehouse to get started, you buy the second one when you sold the first full one and work your way up to five SMALL warehouses... this will get you a fairly steady income even if you just do the hourly resupply mission for 7,5k!
it takes a lot of work to fill up your Warehouses but if you can do it and you wait for double Money you can make like 30 Million bucks. across all 5 warehouses. if you have a MK 2 and a Sparrow the missions are usually pretty easy. I always start Missions from the Terrabyte because they added some annoying Missions that take a while to the Office but they didn't add them to the Terrabyte Cayo is so much worse then it used to be though. I still think the Kostka is worth it for the Sparrow alone.
I have just had to start fresh on playstation as I migrated my account to Xbox. In a little over a week of playing I have earned and spent $38million. All I have left to buy big item wise is my Avenger , Kosatko , luxury Yacht and warehouses. Making the $13 million for these warehouses is easily done. But it's all down to how you want to play the game to make the money.
Dunno where you get your figure of 5 min to source one cargo. My lg warehouses are lined up nicely so that it takes me probably less than 5 min to source all 5 from start to finish. And on the way I check in on nightclub and then finish at arcade to replenish anything else. I enjoy the drive and just take 5-10 min to do all of this every hour or so. Takes me about 2 weeks to fill all 5 warehouses this way. Then there’s a $15,000,000 payout at the end of that. Yesterday I made over $30m since it’s on double money. Ceo cargo is not good for new players but for established players it’s one of the best revenue streams
I never bothered with the Cargo, i bought one warehouse ages ago, did a couple of source missions and a couple of sale missions and never bothered again, easier to make money elsewhere.

Spending 2 minutes to get the assistants to garner crates is nothing.. by the time they give crates double money again.. ill have both characters with 5 full warehouses.. and never sourcing a crate myself..
I heavily disagree with this video. Special cargo is a great way to make a TON of money with literally no work if you wanted to. Just stop by your crate warehouse every 48 mins and pay the 7500 to have the technician source 1-3 crates for you. At worst if you only get 1 crate per source that still means your paying 832,500 to fill up each warehouse and to sell it for 2.2M or even better in weeks like this where its double money 4.4M. And thats only if were talking invite only lobbies to avoid griefers. If you sell in a public lobby you can get up to a 50% bonus so in a normal week that would be 3.3M and in a double money week thats 6.6 MILLION per warehouse. You can do this all passively but if you wanted to speed up the process you can do crate missions to fill them up even faster. It can be grindy if you want it to be like mainly this week with it being double money but for most weeks if you were to do this all passively its a great way to make millions with little to no effort

It would cost approximately 3.3M to source all of the crates to fill 5 large warehouses. This is an even worse investment than the 2M that you acknowledged in the video.
144k an hour??? I pay 7500 and it takes 48 min to get one maybe two crates per large warehouse . Let’s assume you only have 2 hours to play. I sourced 5 large warehouses just under raid limit with NPC only 75 freaking hours. I spent roughly 750 minutes traveling to source. So I sat for a couple months making nothing. If you’re actually self sourcing you’re making nothing. Not much is worth it. On the other hand the 48 minute business tasks are. Bunker 50k every 48 min, MC 60k, Auto Shop 50k average, import export 50k , Payphone hit 45k, Cayo , etc. Salvage yard 2 cars . None of the business sourcing is worth it. I’m not sourcing any cargo . My employees do it all. It’s slow . Selling on bonus weeks is the only reason to sell. If I want to grind I’ll just do Cluckin Bell 500k one hour, Cayo solo 800k-1.4 mil just over an hour. I farm money I have zero use for. You can make 1.5 mil passive or more every day. Grinding cargo is the most mind numbing play style in GTA.
Only reason I did cargo missions for a while was to decorate my office with the clutter. Now I stick to passive income and single vehicle sales from my business in full lobbies. Ex: one 75k purchase for gunners supplies turns to 210k for the longs sale. With a full lobby I pull around 318k from a single 75k purchase in supplies and guaranteed one vehicle to sale. Time and energy efficient
The reason this business is appealing is because after all the work you get huge investment returns at once. But I do make sure 1. You have friends to grind out crates because it goes a ton faster 2. Just sit on full warehouses till a bonus week. Should never be a weekly source of income.
I think the best method (for players who have the capital to invest) is to have 5 large warehouses. Having 3 always full and ready to sell when they are 2x, and always running the other 2 with the warehouse staff then selling when full. Best way to fully take advantage of the business.
@@ArthurMorgan18993 The best method is having 5 on both characters, buying warehouse techs every 48/32 minutes and running Cayos and casinos. As someone with 9.153 billion and 83 million in chips, this is 90% on my grind over the past 15k hours on the game.

Sitting on a full warehouse for months, hoping for double pay hardly seems worth it imo. Yu could’ve made tons more by selling and just stocking up the warehouse the week of double money I would think
I don't understand this type of grind at all. It is a game, hence it is supposed to be fun. Where is the fun in grinding these stupid crates? You might as well get a boring a$$ accountant job irl and make real money. I didn't buy GTA to have a second job, I bought it to have fun.

Its not passive. Sale missions are bullshit. Bunker is way better. $300,000 every 2 hours with a 5 min sale mission.

I solo grind... small warehouses work great for me. Plus you dont get burnt out as fast

I bought a warehouse yesterday and made the 2 million back in about an hour sourcing 3 crates at a time it’s worth it if you have time to grind

5:10 exact same reason i stopped doing Salvage Yard tow truck missions. Shit gets too monotonous quickly to be worth the money
tow truck missions payk about 80k after the safe money comes in per car... but i only do 1 pair of cars a day as I dont really need the ca$h that bad

It would cost approximately 3.3M to source all of the crates to fill 5 large warehouses. This is an even worse investment than the 2M that you acknowledged in the video.

144k an hour??? I pay 7500 and it takes 48 min to get one maybe two crates per large warehouse . Let’s assume you only have 2 hours to play. I sourced 5 large warehouses just under raid limit with NPC only 75 freaking hours. I spent roughly 750 minutes traveling to source. So I sat for a couple months making nothing. If you’re actually self sourcing you’re making nothing. Not much is worth it. On the other hand the 48 minute business tasks are. Bunker 50k every 48 min, MC 60k, Auto Shop 50k average, import export 50k , Payphone hit 45k, Cayo , etc. Salvage yard 2 cars . None of the business sourcing is worth it. I’m not sourcing any cargo . My employees do it all. It’s slow . Selling on bonus weeks is the only reason to sell. If I want to grind I’ll just do Cluckin Bell 500k one hour, Cayo solo 800k-1.4 mil just over an hour. I farm money I have zero use for. You can make 1.5 mil passive or more every day. Grinding cargo is the most mind numbing play style in GTA.
Why 5? If you have only 3 you wouldn't have to wait for cooldowns. I have 2 atm which i've had for years and mostly i don't even have a cooldown

Only reason I did cargo missions for a while was to decorate my office with the clutter. Now I stick to passive income and single vehicle sales from my business in full lobbies. Ex: one 75k purchase for gunners supplies turns to 210k for the longs sale. With a full lobby I pull around 318k from a single 75k purchase in supplies and guaranteed one vehicle to sale. Time and energy efficient
So if I dont want all that clutter in my office, I skip buying a cargo warehouse right?
The reason this business is appealing is because after all the work you get huge investment returns at once. But I do make sure 1. You have friends to grind out crates because it goes a ton faster 2. Just sit on full warehouses till a bonus week. Should never be a weekly source of income.
I think the best method (for players who have the capital to invest) is to have 5 large warehouses. Having 3 always full and ready to sell when they are 2x, and always running the other 2 with the warehouse staff then selling when full. Best way to fully take advantage of the business.
@@ArthurMorgan18993 The best method is having 5 on both characters, buying warehouse techs every 48/32 minutes and running Cayos and casinos. As someone with 9.153 billion and 83 million in chips, this is 90% on my grind over the past 15k hours on the game.
@@ArthurMorgan18993 thats smart but I personally would rather sell any large warehouses I have so the crate technicians can go back to work. Especially after this week because we wont be getting another double money week for special cargo anytime soon

Sitting on a full warehouse for months, hoping for double pay hardly seems worth it imo. Yu could’ve made tons more by selling and just stocking up the warehouse the week of double money I would think
I don't understand this type of grind at all. It is a game, hence it is supposed to be fun. Where is the fun in grinding these stupid crates? You might as well get a boring a$$ accountant job irl and make real money. I didn't buy GTA to have a second job, I bought it to have fun.
