Emma Cary, at 17 years old, is the youngest CrossFit Games Athlete ever. The coolest part though? She trains out of a 30x50 uninsulated barn gym year-round with a squat rack rig made by her dad.
It's crazy inspiring to see her level of fitness, dedication to her sport, and where she practices for game-day.

This is my favorite review.
Coop is such a savant, he calling out the steel specs, spotting the hg1s, the Rouge 1# handles - dang, Coop, you're a real expert. I have a garage gym, I've been subscribed for years and years. I love the show, but I've never been so impressed. Plus the legless climb. The handstand walk, and the hilarious humility of not being put off by the trolls who say you don't workout.
5 stars. Real real expert. Keep up the good work. Congrats on all the success. Can't wait for the next video.

She's impressive, but I'm even more impressed by that little 8 year old girl who can dead lift 200 pounds, that's more than 3 times her body weight, if she keeps it up, she could be a champion record holder in a decade

She was AMAZING to watch at the games this year...unbelievable honestly to imagine even doing one day of the events they do let alone 3-4 days. Really cool to see her gym space and look forward to more of these tours! So cool to see peoples set ups
Only someone who wants to self harm will wish to do Crossfit. It's the worst sport for ur joints and the trainers are inexperienced.
Not a crossfit type but this beautiful young lady is inspirational.

Love the 6"x6" outdoor rope. Not sure of the height but 20' 6"x6" posts are harder to come by where I live or is a special order... like 1 out of 20 lumber yards would have that in stock if you call around. Wish I had a larger floor space like that personally
