I hope to see live in my lifetime. White Lion was a huge part of my adolescent life being depressed and an introvert... this video of him brings back so many memories! ❤❤❤
I havent listened to their stuff since the original, thats a long time and we tend to have a fixed memory. I actually like this. His voice actually sounds natural and theyre tight sounding. There's few bands that one could enjoy decades into their career. 👍👍
Wow❤
Thanks for the video! Tramp is one of the last heroes. Hugs from Brazil!
i love y'all today just the same as I did 25 yrs ago!!! Mike ur voice is out of this world & as a Cherokee woman myself I have the upmost admiration for you ur band mates ur true heart & spirit & even thou still lost | hidden u were front stage ... love y'all
So great to hear these songs live again, they way they are meant to be played, and with a guy that does Vito justice.. 👍🏼
love to see the lead guitarist having a real good time playing those songs...sounds like vito bratta too.
Big thumbs up from me! Sounds great!
Vito Bratta, where are you my friend? I’ve waited for so long. One of the best guitar players from that era. I always hoped for an instrumental solo album.
❤hvad er du sulten efter Mike Tramp❤ kan høre det på din sang baby❤
"Living on the Edge" was one of the stand out songs. For a moment I thought the audience had some really great singers who could sing in key and harmonize, lol but then I realized that along with the keyboards, there were backing vocal tracks for the harmonies. Thanks for the upload and quality recording. Some of these comments are hilarious. "Drop ceiling tour," "Grandma's garage." 🤣 Guitarist was great.
Thanks for sharing!!
Lots of comments about Mike's vocal range... I for one am glad he is keeping some of the best hard rock ever created alive!!! Btw that lead guitarist isn't Vito but he can replicate his style pretty darn closely!!
Sad really. I loved this band back in the day. I prefer to remember them that way.
saw a lot of concerts this year . caught mike at the arcada theater in st. Charles il best show I saw all year great guys in this band.
Tramp is king 😊
awsome show wish i could seen it live
Excellent video and audio! I missed Mike when he passed through Buffalo because I had to stay home and watch the kids while the wife was out on the town. Your video is the next best thing because of the proximity to the stage and it sounds great! Thank you for posting!
AWESOME THANK YOU !! he was here in CT but i coulddnt go . Had yuo had a great time
Hadn't seen him since 1988, opening up for Stryper! It was a great show!
Sounds great. ❤
I was at the show. Really fun night. They were great! I'd love to see them come back
Awesome show thank you!)
Mike sounds good, he's not an awful shame like Bon Jovi,Stephen Pearcy and Don Dokken
that is not so nice that how you talk about those singers,do a little research before you open your mouth
Sounds pretty good compared to the other bands from this era. Jovi, Ratt, Crue, Dokken struggle.
I was extremely critical before watching and was ready to pounce on them. I love the sound, and the lead guitarist sounds really good. Tough shoes to fill. Definitely a club act tho.
When a White Lion...walks into a Lifehouse. ( Amazing versions of stellar classics.)
😍😍🤩🤩
Saw this vid in your list and was like "How did I miss this?" Realized the dates. I was in the middle of radiation treatment. Hope Mike comes back to WI! ❤
@@MelvinZoopers I'm doing good! Made it to Mr. Big. And I probably wasn't clear that I'm female, lol. No worries! ❤
@trueknits I see your pic now! Did you have meet & greet or when did Billy sign your bass?
@trueknits I didn't know there was one but maybe that was a private get together.
😀
I enjoyed this. Sure it's sung in lower keys...but still great songs and done well.
Alex Joe Skolnerry on the guitar! A really good player, btw...what's his name?
Sound 👍...they in his grandma garage 😂😂😂😂😂😂
It sounds like my cassette tape is broken. Like I have to tighten it up with a pencil.
Well, I saw White Lion in concert way back in the early 90s when they opened for ACDC. They were awesome. This... The music is pretty solid and while I'm not very impressed with the singing (Sorry Mike, believe me, I know getting old sucks), but the guitarist is a pleasant surprise.
DAMNNNN he was so fucking hot 🔥 when he was younger than here he is still fine but he was the best looking guy I've ever saw in his younger years when he sang the song Tell me he was like I was hooked from the 1st sight of him and his gorgeous face and his body and his way of getting on his knees singing unbelievable he was so great and not just his looks and body but his voice was amazing and I have loved since 1st time seeing him in White Lion ❤
It`s slower than normal, and he`s altered the originals, could it have something to do with the fact, that Vito Ain`t there !!!!!!
It´s White Lion..................wiithout the Lion..............😁
Mike has admitted that he can't sing that way anymore so he changed them up to fit his voice now. Believe me, the new guy, Marcus Nand, can do it!
Good f. Ing fans
STill sounds good but sad to see how much vocal range he has lost. Songs just aren't the same. ;(
No way vito definitely definitely definitely ever comes back with Tramps vocals being that weak.
He's not coming back, but it has nothing to do with Mike's vocals. He loves living off the grid.
@@MelvinZoopers Yeah, but if he did decide to come back he wouldn't want to be apart of them vocals. I guarantee it. It's too low energy .
R.J. Reynolds and Bob Marley add another stolen voice to their portfolio. Glad Mike is still doing his thing, but even tuned down a few keys he still struggles to make his singing voice create the correct notes.
Fun project for you... sing the right notes along with the video. Mike sings WICKED harmony!!! Somehow with technology these videos should be made into White Lion karaoke tracks :)
No hate here ?!?!
Don Dokken get destroyed every show for not hitting the high note ...
Let's face it. Dokken songs are harder to sing. Don could hit some pretty high notes.
Mike has been saying over and over in every interview for the last several yrs that he cannot sing like he did in his 20's or even come close. so he redid the song to what his is capable of doing at his age. Don still acts like its 1985 and he's in his prime, that is why.
I recall Mike himself say that he preferred a lower register... going all the way back to Big Game
Honestly it sounds like Mike is performing pretty well.
Any off notes might be due to bad stage sound or whatever, because he appears to be very professional, concentrated, and pretty clean living as well.
Love White Lion but this is kinda sad. Mike let it rest my man.....
ROCK IS NOT DEAD!!!!
AWESOME!!
