I purchased my latest "BBQ tool" from Allen Tubbs Welding and Woodworking ( / allensweldingwoodworking . Allen is located way down south in Louisiana, right on the Texas border, and me and 3 friends drove 30 hours in 3 days to pick up 4 new custom Santa Maria grills (BTW, we LOVE them!!).
I gave Allen some of my rubs and he said he would give them a try. This is his take on Jack's Blend SPG.
