Goku Jr. is always one of my favorite GT characters and I always wanted to see more adventures and battles he went through after the events of GT, and teaming up with Vegeta Jr. Plus seeing a Gogeta Jr. would be really cool!

@@dyent I take it as canon because Toriyama wrote the extended lore, but in the Dragon Ball MMO it explores the world post Z Warriors. Everyone that we know of are long dead but their teaching get passed on to the newer generations in a similar fashion to Turtle and Crane Style martial arts, Buu eventually got lonely and made a wife for himself in a parody of Adam and Eve which created the Majin Race and most importantly for this Sayain Genes got passed around so much that the Sayain Race basically got a second chance. The Sayain Gene exists in most humans and with training can be brought to the surface although some are more Sayain than others and can actually be born with a tail. Many of those Sayains would return to their roots and that good old fashioned Sayain Pride kicked in focusing those with purer Sayain Blood into the same group thus wide the gap between Human and Sayain. So good job for Goku and Vegeta, they basically repopulated their race in the most roundabout way.

Goku Jr.'s forgotten existence by the fandom is easily one of the most rage inducing things I've ever seen. You have a blank slate. A blank canvas that can be painted any color. And with how this fandom sucks Goku off like it's a damn religious practice you'd think the fandom would take to Goku Jr. like a son they'll never have. But nah he's just left on a shelf to gather dust. What a disgrace.
We don't need Goku Jr to have a new canvass. The way Ki works in the dragonball universe alone gives alot to work with, not to mention all the magic. We don't need a Saiyan or super saiyan. We don't even really need Goku. We could have Yamcha, I for one welcome our new Yamcha overlords. But nah, there's alot that can be done with existing characters, or even new ones, it might be nice to just away from the current cast.
Because a lot of teenage boys get caught up over whatever they thought was the "toughest" or "coolest" thing from 10-14 (maybe older if they're a late bloomer). The problem is that most people who like DBZ Goku have no reference to DB Goku so they think his dumb moments ruin a "cool" character. In reality, the serious Goku moments mean so much more in the context of Goku being terminally carefree. So many people think of meeting Goku of when Raditz comes but you have to remember where he came from. The woods, as an eternally joyful little boy that had no concept of danger or ill intent.
@@devilshooter126m8 which is weird. Because Super just takes themes and ideas from the previous non-canon series and canonizes them (future trunks’ story / Battle of Gods and resurrection F / Broly). Super can def make Goku Jr and create him in their vision and it’s par for the course.
Really sad this storyline was never continued. Would've honestly been perfect to make a "goku" that wasnt mentally special or "inherently evil" like he probably wouldve grown up to be pre-brain damage.. Just.. i dont like the idea of soft reboots unless its for some graaaaaaaand ass plans.. but this genuinely felt like the perfect place and time to start a soft reboot of db for a new generation without any OG fan angst over consequences in the narrative due to OG goku's lovable idiocy. Imagine what DBS couldve been if it were made in the future with Goku Jr and co. I will say though, if they did that, that heartbreaking ass moment during ToP with Master Roshi wouldve mever happened. And that was honestly beautifully written, and performed as well. Made me tear up too even, taking me on a little trip down db lane which i havent wated in probably 15 years or more at this point. Very nostalgic. Very cathartic. But anyway, ive said my piece, dueces ✌

I love the idea that the last piece of dragon ball media should be a descendant of goku keeping the spirit of the legendary son goku alive in a ghibli style adventure movie. It exists to show that long after goku is finally gone, him and his courage, willpower, and strength live on in his descendant long after he's gone.
I think bardoks wish made him an angel and which is why he was able to keep his body after death and able to appear and help Gohan against cell and even if some movies aren’t canon he helped out then as well.
What is Goku Jrs power level? He may have the SS multiplier but he seems so weak at base he may be weaker than Raditz or even Piccolo at end of Dragonball.
He has no clue that he needs more than one Dragon Ball, Goku tells Goku Jr that. Did you miss that part? How would he be the reincarnation of Goku if he meets Goku and then Pan sees Goku later? lol….
