To dissolve the conflicts with oil-pruducing countries, it would be important to replace oil by a genetic modificated rape-plant. A trend is already in this direction what I noticed in setting RAMA and SANELLA on rape-oil base, but for food without genetic modification!
In general, to strengthen education and justice, to avoid Matthaeo 18, 23-35, the chemical elements should be replacable artificially. But oil is the most important one.
