The more I play this match up online the more I see it going in Wolfs favor. His neutral game Nair and dash attack mix ups are very rewarding on samus. Wolfs forward through into side B into GIMP is insanely good as well as dash attack into Spike off stage at mid percent on samus. The windows are very small for samus to get anything off. Samus can read wolf's double jump with her upair but can't really get anything off of it. Pivot forward smash or tilt are her best neutral options by far, Everything else is punishable with Wolfs dash attack

Wolf is similar in play style only they love to shoot but reflect everything shot at them. And joker is a garbage character that requires little to no skill. They rely on Arsene to do the damage. And Arsene can be summoned multiple times in a short time frame. Mkleo would suck balls if he ever picked up samus. Because samus doesn't heavily rely on charge shot as it can get her killed, with this being a prime example of a spamus. True samus mains such as Joker & ESAM. Are how samus players should play. Samus is the most skilled character to play with in this game.
20 years, 5 games and one of the original 8, samus has never been better than mid tier. Due to terrible frame data, lack of "get off me" moves, mix up options, ect. Everything she does, other character do better and now even Bowser and Ganondorf are more effective characters. Plus, she's been nerfed. The disrespect is real.
Wolf needs to be slightly nerfed, as it goes he has no -2 disadvantage MU’s whereas all characters have at least some, this makes neutral game just go in his favor majority of the time. Either bring up a good MU counter that puts him as -2 or nerf him so more characters seep into -2 category, tbh change some frame data

Ike and wolf are basic characters and to be decent with them is not a tough feat but due to their simplicity the character itself will only carry you so far. That's what madd leo so good at ike He recognized how simple and one dimensional his playstyle was and he perfected every aspect of it. Same goes for wolf
