Micah's gin fizz: in a 5 cup blender add 1/3 cup egg whites, 1/3 cup sugar, 3/4 blender ice, 1.5 cups Bombay Sapphire gin (wow!) 1/2 cup Meyers lemon juice, Blend until smooth then add (while blending) half and half till almost full, blend about 30 seconds more, pour into a chardonnay glass and garnish with lemon rind and sprinkle with nutmeg.
