Another fantastic review. Thanks you two! A very nice caravan. Not sure I like the cooker being so close to the bed though. Also I would have thought that for almost £28K Swift might have included the ATC.
@@HereWeTow I do have a soft spot for Bailey's but since upgrading to our Swift Challenger SE 645 we are smitten with Swift's too. We love how much more room we have with this twin axle caravan. You take care too and hope to see you on the other side of this horrible pandemic.
I like what you said about the white panel doing nothing in that bathroom . You are honest enough to actually open up and say this and I like that from you .I agree if the mirror had been larger and ,,,,why not movable taps ?the company could have widened the storage capacity in the bathroom perhaps or they could have put a heated rail for towels to dry .
Overall a nice looking caravan and as always a detailed review Karina. I wonder if that false wall in the washroom is hiding the fixings for the cycle mount bars? Take care. Rob
Thanks Rob, I had considered where the bike mount would be but you could still cover it with a mirrored finish over that. Bit of an odd one 🤔 Take care and enjoy your weekend 😊Karina
I don't understand why the cupboards above the bed cannot be made a bit deeper! There is enough space to bring them out closer to the front of the wardrobes. I am hoping they will make the 8feet wide in an Ellegance Model single axle. I would then probably upgrade my 2018 Elegance for it...
Thanks for watching Mark, yes deeper cupboards would be good. Maybe the single axle will come to the Elegance Grande range later this year, it would be a good addition. Stay safe, Karina 😊
Lovely van Karina and professionally presented. I liked the “block” effect design on the carpet and as we got further on in the presentation I realised it was writing on the protective film, what a Donkey 🤦♂️
Just wondering the blank panel in the back bathroom wall.It May be More structural then cosmetic.to provide extra support for the bike rack that would be on the other side of it. That being said I do agree they could have done something more with it. As always good vid.
Thanks for watching Dan, yes I considered the bike rack but that wouldn’t stop you putting a mirrored finish on that wall. 🤔 Have a good weekend and take care, Karina 😊
Newbie here, not yet purchased a van, what's pros cons for single/ double axle vans? Also same question 're 8ft wide vans as some people seem to prefer the 7ft ish ones instead, why?
Hi Lucio, that is quite a long question to answer but a twin axle will generally gives more stability when towing but its harder to manoeuvre when not towing. You need more wheel locks and it will cost a bit more to service. The 8ft vans give much more room when you are pitched up but when towing you will notice the difference. They can make narrow roads an unpleasant towing experience. If you need more advice you can drop me an email, Karina 😊
😂 Yes prices across all manufacturers are certainly creeping up this year. Caravanning isn’t as cheap as it was a few years ago. Hope you’re both well 😊 Karina
I see the window blinds are still being fitted the wrong way round, think about it if you fitted a blind in your kitchen you wouldn`t want it unrolling from bottom to the top!.still no curtains across the bedroom window, didn`t notice any lights in the wardrobes that illuminate as you open the doors, gonna be some whacked knuckles on that aerial pole and whats in the box in the wardrobe?,don`t want to appear to be knocking Swift but i have an Archway sport with an identical layout to this and mines a 2017 model,i just think that Swift are getting lazy and complacent and i would expect more for this price, thanks for the review anyway it`s nice to have new content on UA-cam,stay safe.
Thanks for watching Colin, always good to hear from an owner as you know the feedback is genuine and constructive. I hope you’re back out touring soon, 😊 Karina
Lovely caravan.. I found the very unusual orb moving around in this video very interesting..
Great video as always. I don't own a caravan nor can I afford one but I love watching your reviews as well as your travels, so thank you!
Thank you 😊 I hope to get back out on my travels once we are able. Take care, Karina
Another brilliant review and nice to see a single axle 8foot wide. It looked nice and comfortable inside.
Thanks Louise 😊
Another fantastic review. Thanks you two!

Thanks for watching, I expected to see ATC too but no, it is an option. 😊 Take care, Karina
Thank you we have the older one and not sure we would replace it
Thank you for watching 😊
Excellent review guys. Nice caravan and like you I did wonder about that blank wall area. I do like that extra width on the front centre window.
Thanks Ian, I know you like your Swift caravans. The 8ft does make a difference to inside space. Take care and stay safe, Karina 😊

Thanks for your comment, a heated towel rail is a very good suggestion and would work well with the Alde. 👍Take care, Karina
@@HereWeTow thank you for taking the time to reply , its most appreciated .

Top review, honest, fair and from experience. Hope you do some motorhomes too as I would be interested in those. Thanks K and J!!
Thanks Sam, I would like to get a closer look at the Kon-tiki motorhome but getting chance to film them is difficult. Take care, Karina 😊
Looks like an interesting review 👍
Thanks Andy 👍
I like this van, do fancy an 8' wide unit, just checked my bank, looks like I'm staying with my caravan LOL

Very nice
great review yet again, its very sparse for that amount of money, the elegance is much better for a few thousand more
The Elegance certainly takes it up another level, thanks for watching 😊 Karina
