The policy should be: 1) take 1 proven case of import of something important (eg. airplane parts). 2) announce sanctions against (a) country which let it happen, or (b) bank which performed the payments, or (c) the company that arranged it all. Putting up sanctions against entire countries may be too severe, and governments there may be unable to control actions of unscrupulous importers. Case (c) is also not effective, as such transactions are likely done via ghost companies just created for this purpose a week prior and disbanded after. But case (b) - punishing unscrupulous banks - is very doable and effective. Setting up “ ghost banks” is not easy, so real, established banks are used. Banks know what such transactions are for ( totals are in millions of dollars ), and the mechanism is simple and reliable - cut them off from SWIFT, or impose penalties on their transactions. And yes - Swiss banks - get ready. Aiding Russia has to stop!
The solution of the sanctions not working can not be solved by lowering the price cap. Russia's ghost fleet is now importing oil at 70 dollars per barrel. The only solution is for Ukraine to start sinking oilers with their drones in the Black Sea. This will cause a large increase in insurance rates, which will relower the price per barrel.

Mondelez says on its website:
There are no easy decisions, but, like most other global food and beverage companies, we are continuing to provide food during these challenging times, focusing our operations in Russia on affordable, shelf-stable products that are daily staples for ordinary people.
Maybe chocolate bars aren't staples, and I agree. But I'm far more concerned with military or dual purpose equipment getting through thsn flipping Whisper bars. I don't have anything against Russian people, only the murderous thug in the Kemlin and his lickspittles.
80% of Russian civilians support putins invasion of Ukraine and the barbaric tortures, etc., committed as standard practice by Russian soldiers.
The business is business thing.. I seriously got a little bit depressed when I heard how cooperations still finds a way to make blood money and look good at the same time. It's just sad..
😥
great program. The commercials are too long and way too many!
According to the mainstream Ukraine keeps launching massive attacks, yet as a matter of fact, keeps losing regions at the same time. Just endorse the principle of auto determination of people and there would be only 2 independent areas from Ukraine in Donbass. It's quite simple: exacerbating war and the contrast NATO/Russia, avoiding diplomatic resolutions and dialogue is a) not democratic, b) unsuccessful. Anything else it's propaganda.

Crimea was occupied BUT in 1991-2014 !
U-kraine still occupied stolen land from Poland, Hungary and Romania !
…. Pitler himself signed the documents in 1991 ….but then again…he’s broke practically every document he has signed ….💙💛💙
Khrushchev and the traitorous damn communist regime gave Crimea to Ukraine! Ukrainians hated communists/Russians, but in communism they had borders that they never had in history. So much for Ukrainians.
Orcs don’t understand law now they’re a bandit nation.
Clearly, no one in his or her right mind, could count on Russians to honor their word.
How pathetic is that 😂
