i have a 2 year old hisense tv and it shuts off after 60 seconds and then we can turn it back on immidently but it never stay son longer than a minute. I have checked for a timer being set but we dont see one. would this more than likely be the main board?

I have the dreaded vertical lines...replaced my t-con board with zero changes...lines go away within a few minutes and my speakers have strange sounds for a few minutes....I'm thinking main board now.....thoughts? Thanks in advance.
Thanks for watching, it’s possible. Another cause will be your TV’s ribbon wiring. If at any point during the life of the TV, the ribbon wiring overheated…it will cause your exact symptoms. Keep us posted on your progress. 🧰
What if your display zoomed in to much and off centered horizontally? Is it a bad TCon or main board. The TV works fine other than the picture is off centered horizontally and zoomed in.
Thanks for watching, any update? If this just started happening, you can hopefully reset your picture alignment in your settings. Overscan is what most people call it. Depending on your specific tv, you can reset manually.
@@DIYwithMichaelBorders Yes, It happened about a week ago. I plugged in a mini Keyboard and moments later the issue occurred. I have a Phillips 55PFL5601 TV and have tried to reformat the picture but no luck. I went ahead and ordered a new main board to see if that fixes the issue. Thought of replacing the TCon first but the picture doesn't look bad and its only off centered horizontally.
Good morning ☕️ Any update? We recommend unplugging tv and leaving unplugged for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, plug tv back in and turn on. Next, go to settings and network connection and select your home internet to allow tv to connect. Keep us posted.

My Onn 75 in tv Flickers and no picture and flickers Onn logo for a second and mo picture. Times I hit the power button on the remote the tv comes on with a great picture. Sometimes I keep hitting the button on the remote and no picture. You never know but always a great picture will come up. I think power sullpy what do you think? Thank you!!

I have a Samsung that began turning off by itself and then on again. The time between on and off gradually increased and the the time that it stayed on decreased to only a second or so. I've replace the power and the main boards. When plugged in now the red ir light come on and blinks but no response from remote or manual inputs. Any help?

This is unfortunately & accidentally turned on during a replacement or change of your router, internet provider, or even a power outage. Timer can be deactivated within the settings. It is the same OEM part number. When I search for available networks, it see's the networks (2g and 5g) says signal strength is excellent but will not connect.

It has been unplugged for a couple of days. It finds the network, signal excellent but will not connect to the 2g or 5g. All other devices are working fine.
I have a 60 inch Akita and recently the screen doesn’t show anything, when it is given power via remote or button it turns on but it’s just a dark screen still😢 help😖

Hello ,, I have 550 mbps internet speed in home router which I get in my laptop thru lan cable. but the max speed I get in my smart tv is only 240 mbps. I use USB Lan connector connected to USB port of the tv, its better than wifi or ethernet port of the tv..But I wanted to get the max speed in my tv Whats the component in the main board of the smart tv can I get to change so that I get the max speed of 550 mbps in my smart tv. Thanks for watching, any update. A few things can cause this including faulty ribbon wiring as well as a faulty TCON board.

The hdmi ports and all connectors on that side of the tv stopped working, is it the motherboard that went bad pls ?
