This is a guide on how to get the Toppat Civil Warfare Ending (NO FAILS).
Toppat Civil Warfare is one of sixteen endings in Completing the Mission. This ending can be reached by combining the Rapidly Promoted Executive and Ghost Inmate endings from the previous two games and choosing the correct paths.
Completing the Mission is the sixth and final installation in the Stickpage/Newgrounds popular online game series Henry Stickmin created by Marcus "Puffballs United" Bromander. It released with the Henry Stickmin Collection on Steam on August 7th, 2020.
Ellry is a fusion between Henry Stickmin and Ellie Rose. The character is seen in "Completing the Mission", only in the Fusion option during the Triple Threat pathway.

If you look at it, the rest of the Toppats are like sheep; they just go with it.
Plus, Reginald wanted an excuse to reclaim leadership from Henry because deep down, he's afraid Henry will become like the last Toppat leader, Terrance Suave. If you read Suave's bio, it stated that he's the worst leader who threw excessive parties and conducted raids that otherwise made no sense, so Reggie and the Right Hand Man overthrew him because of his terrible leadership.
Yeah, Reg is also a criminal, but he has a conscience; he does care about the other members and tries to do what's best for them, even if he has to make a few personal sacrifices. In this sense, if Henry was more honorable and actually saved the Toppats (Toppat King and Toppat 4 Life), Reggie would truly see him as a leader, though he actually betrays him in "The Betrayed" if Henry does nothing to prove himself to Reg.

To be fair, in The Betrayed, we see that Reginald would jump at any opportunity to dethrone Henry to get his position as Leader back. So he probably just exploited Ellie's story to paint Henry in a bad light so he can get his position back.
