I used to want to dress colorfully all the time but I realized it was overwhelming me, and great pieces just didn't get worn. Your videos are what reminded me.. brown is a color! A beautiful color. Now I have so much brown in my wardrobe and it's so much easier to plan an outfit. Thanks Freddy!

I have a different hair color and skin tone than Freddy, so I do usually wear different colors than Freddy. However, I still love her opinions because I can just buy the item in a different color way. Your opinions on brands and quality are always appreciated, Freddy 💕💕💕
The “WTF” dress stands out for me too because the sleeves are masculine. I feel like it’s one of those outfits that can break a trend too. You could wear big round 60’s pearly sunglasses frames with them. It’s a neutral outfit where you can have bold accessories.❤

That moment when you try to put on a dress over your head and it rolls and gets you stuck with your hands up over your head and you just want to cry 🥲is it just me?
Ps: Freddy if your roll neck is long but thin you can try and divide it into three….bit hot but will do if you love your item ❤x

I love the co-ords. I wished they had longer skirts with it. I’m surprised you didn’t like the $120 dress. The first thought I had was that it looked similar to what the late Queen Elizabeth II might have worn if it was longer.

Here in Canada we had all of those plaid skirts and the argyle cardigan last fall, so random how H&M does that lol. Sometimes you show pieces and we don’t get them till a year later and sometimes it’s the other way around.

for the blouse with the sleeves you want to tailor (to go with the coco dress) all you need to do is add a new hole for the button so that it fits tighter! nothing more than that- super simple!

The remedy for the shorts is tailoring. Shorten with a tailored cuff. Argyle jumper (we call them sweaters in the USA) and tights is very 80’s prep style. You are spectacular!!!

Whenever I hear the words "this was only 14,99" or something along those lines, my heart just sinks a little bit, because I just can't imagine anyone producing those products being paid a fair price for their labor if the result is a skirt that's that cheap.
But I also understand that not everyone can afford more expensive clothing and ofcourse we do all still want to look nice and the outfits in this video are really well styled and put together by Freddy, which is why I do watch these video's.
No hate obviously, but yeah Idk, the clothing industry is a difficult thing.

This video was so fun to watch. I also remember being 10-11 and having a poncho and thinking I was the style queen of my grade school class, haha. However, I have a very different opinion on the sweater from the knit co’ord. I just adore it! I love the style and fit. It’s so soft. I just ordered the skirt a few days ago and your video made me very happy that I decided to go with my normal size even though all the reviews said to size down. Although we don’t have the exact same style, I enjoy your content so much. You kill the “classy aesthetic” just by being yourself ❤

How do you wear shorts and skirts in autumn? I live in Germany and with temperatures around 5-10 degrees, 15 if I´m lucky, it's just sooo cold 😂 How are you not cold? Please, tell me your secret 😩

Not Freddy but from a fellow cold climate girl: Tights and over the knee boots are your best friend!! I get them in neutral colours like beige, grey, black so they go with everything. For extra warmth go with thermo tights. Allowed me to wear my short skirts and dresses even in Canadian fall. I think Freddy doesn’t like the look of tights so she toughens through just with high boots but I actually like the cozy vibe it gives an outfit! 🍁

I'd just wear thick cotton or woolen tights with them, there are sooo many on the market..
I have one of the h&m skirts with the popper! It's so well done, I like to sew and I love how they do that model, so I'd keep that one if I were in your shoes! You can simply use some brown nail polish to cover the popper if you really want to!
About the off-white blouse, I can't see if the cuff has buttons. If so, you can have them moved to tighten the cuff, but otherwise you can't just tighten it, at least not significantly, or the cuff won't fit your hand when you try to put it on. I mean, if you have a tailor that doesn't mind taking risks with their clients they may improvise some creative solutions to solve the issue and add buttons, but generally speaking it's not something that tailors will do. I'm thinking that a way of doing this would be to turn the cuff into a cuff with buttons, like the ones on classic button-ups, which would require slicing the cuff open, which is fine, and a little bit above the cuff. Then you could fold the two raw edges inwards and hem them, but then the spot where your cut ends would be a weak spot. So you should trim the cut, at least on the part above the cuff, with a different material, like a matching ribbon (I don't know if this makes any sense, but just grab any button-up and you'll see how the part of the sleeve above the cuff is finished). Satin is a very hard material to work with and the seam could come out looking rough; also the ribbon could end up not matching the fabric perfectly.
