What my take on this is that though you are right that medicine is vast and we cannot cover everything but I strongly discourage this pov of restricting to important topics and management This will surely fetch you good grades in prof and Pg exam but in a long run it will be decremental in my personal opinion Rakesh Nair sir is the best medicine faculty He take medicine as an approach which it should be because at the end it’s the patient history through which you have to rule out and come to a particular diagnosis All other faculties are just throwing facts to make you mug up everything
