I think we need to put more trust in supercomputers to evaluate the maths and budget issue more so then 1 person to exsplain it, as its a vast complex problem to allow 1 person to deal with or like i say exsplain the subject, supercomputers are the way forward, The eventuality that parliament will be replaced becuse parliament is inefficient and which would take a year to make their mind up a supercomputer would take a day
