Hello, is there a way to export certain menu items for example onto a spreadsheet? Need it to be able to setup an online option for restaurant

Yes, simphony has an import/export function but its not very good. You can give it a try. Check out the video on Installing EMC, and use the portal to import/export.
Alternatively, you can "print" the menu item from EMC and use the print to PDF function to get them to a file. You can then use the Excell importer function to get them to the spreadsheet.

Love your videos! It helps a lot! I have a question as we are running mutliple sites, we set up a Menu Items Masters to be able to add this to the site level at definitions but somehow when I refresh the site level, it doesn't shows the menu item that I have created. I have done that multiple times and still no luck... What I have done is when i create the menu item, I backspace one of the letter of that menu item to be able to save it and then it shows on the site level. Is that normal? not sure if that makes sense at all... Happy to share my email if you could help....

      Hey Kamel,
You are adding Masters at the Enterprise level and not seeing them at the Property level? Am I understanding correctly?

@@SimSupport I am adding the Menu items under Menu Items Masters and then add the definition on site level. When doing this I can't amend or edit that item on site level. Hope that makes sense...

      Hey Kamel,
If you are adding the Menu Item at the top level, you need to create an override in order to make changes at a lower level (property or rvc). The items will come down as “inherited” and be grayed out until overridden.
Would you consider adding the menu item masters at the enterprise level and then the definition and price at the property level? That way you don’t have to do overrides.
