But she really does cardio singing (running while singing on a treadmill) for increase her stamina and she also rides bike in her free time which increases stamina too. She said it at one of her interviews.

This woman can do some of the most complex, fast-paced, and exhausting choreography, all while wearing 6 inch heels mind you, and STILL sing like she's laying down in bed not moving a muscle! She never ceases to amaze me. I'm an aspiring entertainer and I hope I'm at least as HALF as amazing as she is. Love my queen Bey!
This is what continues to amaze me. Not only can the woman sing, but anyone that can move like she does in those heels without missing a beat, jumping etc. is supertalented in my book. The girl makes you want to get up and dance right along with her.

I clicked this video because I wanted to see if my theory held up. :) I think she dances better than Britney does now but not back then. But Beyonce may put on better shows and have better songs. Britney's choreography used to remind me of Janet's (Jackson). There was precision. You wanted to get up and do them yourself. ( I actually did in the privacy of my own bedroom. lol) Beyonce's dancing reminds me of a majorette's dancing. The styles are just different. Ciara is a good dancer as well.

It also stands out cause the camera was only focused on her. During the Global Citizen's Festival moment the camera kept showing the audience and was a distance from her. I watched the whole Global Citizen's Festival performance and I didn't even remember that choreography. Tidal definitely caught my attention more and I just realized its the same after watching this video
What separates her from other singers that dance is that her choreography makes you want to do it too; Her dance moves also compliment the songs. Other singers (like Britney, JLo, Ciara, Chris Brown etc.) dance more than they can sing because they're not that great of singers. They substitute singing for intricate dance moves that are great, but forgettable. Beyoncé's choreography is iconic! Single Ladies is one of the most recognizable dance moves in history along with Michael Jackson's Thriller.

I'm old school and the first concert I ever saw was The Jackson Five. Within six weeks I saw James Brown, Aretha Franklin and The Temptations. Seen MJ and Prince among various rock legends in concerts as well. Yet I live for Beyonce's music, concerts and videos.
