i remember people saying that xavi could not elevate a club in a top league. now it is clear xavi will be one of the best managers in football.
You don't know the weightage of the one of the best title. Xavi is one of the greatest players but a very new manager. He still needs to develop more tactics and face harder managers.

Have seen Barca fall from pinnacle of football. Seen us getting knocked by Roma, Liverpool, Bayern, PSG, Benfica, etc. Seen them struggle to win league in last 2 seasons. Seen Messi left. But NEVER EVER GAVE UP on my beloved club. This is not a club it's a family. No matter how many times we fall.....we fall together, we go through it together and then just like last week against bernabue we RISE UP together.

When Barcelona were losing game after game, I barely watched any match. I almost lost interest to watch football. But when xavi came back I started watching football again. I had very low expectation.But xavi turned around everything in a blink of eye.

Just because Al Saad was playing better football then Barca doesn't really mean much, there is a big jump from managing Al Saad to managing Barca. While yes Xavi has done really well so far, you can't say that they don't understand football.

I used to always watch them from 2010 till 2016, then life happened , barely have the time to tune in and finally i stopped watching football completely in 2018, and its seems barca was struggling pretty hard at the time. I'm still occasionally check out the IG page seeing the loses,only prolonged my distance from ever watching them again. Until my friend told me that Xavi is back....i used to joke around with her that barca still struggling to find the replacement of xavi for like 2-3 years after his retirement...and apparently it was half true...but look at my boy now, leading my once beloved club into glory ❤️💙❤️💙

I think you can probably make a case for him in top 5 but I also think that he still needs time. It's incredible how quickly he turned them into a top class team. Give him more time and he will be able to challenge for the UCL. Xavi has what it takes to make Barca the best team in Europe. He's got the character, determination and tactics.
