Yo Luna just performed on broadway, seb! Thank you for picking this up. Her group, f(x), is the one who brought experimentalism wave to kpop, the aesthetics too, they basically are the mother of 4th gen kpop. Their last 3 albums are basically the holy trinity of kpop album for me, they're The Pink Tape, Red Light and 4 Walls. Even billboard put Pink Tape as the best kpop albums of 2010s, not third, not second, its literally the first. Back then most kpop acts only released singles or EP, Pink Tape kinda changed how kpop groups sell their stuff. Honestly f(x) bring so many new things to kpop, sadly not many ktuber talks about this.

This song was my top listened to song when it came out. I would have it on repeat for 12 hours while doing homework or playing video games. I also really loved the aesthetic and how 80s it felt both video and music wise.
A fun fact is the male actor in this MV is Yuri, a Korean-Russian idol who was on Produce X 101 in 2019 and then later was in a duo called JxR. He also played a role in the drama Imitation as a member of the fictional boy group SHAX. In 2021 he was on another survival reality show called Wild Idol.
