Whereabout did you have to undo the exhaust to get it out of the way? The only place I can see on mine where I can disconnect it is right up the front at the manifold!! I don’t wanna be messing about up there but it all looks to be in one piece from there backwards.

Mine has a joint several inches forward of the subframe, in the area where the driveshaft support bushing is… looks factory to me

Its a Bently manual, pretty happy with the amount of information in it. Some of it does come down to forum searches for more advance stuff.
