Local economics expert breaks down the imposed United States tariffs

President Donald Trump announced over the weekend a 25 percent tariff on all Canadian and Mexican imports, and a 10 percent tariff on Chinese imports, in an attempt to end the countries' production and exportation of fentanyl to the United States.

Worth it to ensure safer products and accountable companies. Tariffs are just pissing into the wind - relief to our own detriment when turning a different direction would be so simple and effective.
