In this video we install the NEW Trailrax Gullwing Bed Rack onto our 2021 Jeep Gladiator Mojave! This rack has some great features, but the best is the gullwing side which allows you to access the bed from the outside while still being able to mount accessories! From opening the box to putting this rack together we could tell that this rack was made well and designed to be the best!
Having this rack we will be able to start hitting the trails again and camping with our Roof Top Tent and other great overlanding gear! We can’t wait to get out into the woods and test out the durability and sturdiness of this rack with the tent and accessories mounted to it! Stay tuned for part 2 where we install, and mount, all of our accessories to the rack and hit the trails!

Thank you for doing this video. I've been researching Rack options for about a year and finally just picked up a Gladiator and handed my JL over to the wife.

Also, they are in the process of creating a back door section to go above the tailgate when closed. It will be an add on feature for the rack!

I believe you can order the locks now from the company, just reach out to Trailrax and they can get you hooked up. I know the rear hatch is in the prototype stage also!
Any upgrades to that suspension or are those just larger tires that have changed the stance?
We have the AEV 2” suspension lift on 37” Baja Boss A/T’s! Love the ride and the stance but looking at adding a few other things to make the stance a little more aggressive!
@@TNTOverlander Are you still running stock shock setup. I just bought a Mojave so obviously want to keep what I paid for but still get a little height to run 37s comfortably.
@@Pierce0420 we are still running the stock shocks with the AEV 2” Mojave Lift Kit! We did replace the track bar with a steersmarts and look to do the drag link and upgrade the steering stabilizer soon (not needed, we just want to beef it up a little).
JCR Overland Rack. Is better.
This rack has features that the JCR rack does not…the gulwing features are amazing and very practical for us on our adventures! Plus, it is a full length (front to back) rack when mounted on the bed.
