You know what's funny? Right before this came up, a song from my past came up. Matthew had my heart and my soul and he left me for his crack pipe. 2 years after we split, he married another woman, but every time he gets lonely he creeps back into my realm so to speak in this timeline. I played the song because I love the song and when it was done I said to him that he needs to either come back and make it right and be right, or he needs to cut the cord and let me alone. I have not been with anybody in the 13 years since we split and it took me eight years to learn to let US GO. Not only is it unfair to me in a huge way, but it's also unfair to him to keep reminiscing about us when he's unhappy and lonely. And then you saying that.
