It is simply about 'using' archaic laws in the constitution (which politicians will never change) in order to control the voting public. This single act against a foreigner who did nothing but air the views of the police, average person, politician and gang members in order for John Public to decide himself what is really going on in this country. He offered no opinion and was targetted, persecuted and arrested...to silence him so that the voting public would be none the wiser. That is the birth of a dictatorship.

I know this seem strange to most but there is such a thing as a visa. Various forms of visas for different reasons for entry into a country. If you come under a tourist visa you can’t be making videos for profit or working in the country for money. As a UA-camr myself this is a problem but it is the laws of most countries in this world. Being from Canada he should know all about rule of law. He just paying dumb.

@gartsy I'm also Canadian with a Cabadian passport. You do not need a Visa to go to Trinidad if you're traveling on a Canadian passport, you're point is only valid for the people who are required to get a visa to travel to Trinidad.
