Nice video. I use this highway frequently .Its a wonderful highway. Good that you were carrying your own food stuff. A few suggestions. 1) Clean your windshield with a good quality glass cleaner . Its effective during fog condition. Don't keep unnecessary things on dashboard. 2) Avoid driving on this highway during night hours with family. The road robberies are reported after sunset.. 3) Do not keep your cars doors or dicky open if you take a halt on this road for any reason. NO CASUAL STOPS FOR LOO ETC. 4) Be careful about horrible speed breakers after Sanganer to Chakanfata.. 5) You cant do anything about traffic congestion at Chakanfata to Nasik fata.. After about six hours of driving one tends to get irritated with this idiotic traffic in Pune . Keep cool. You look like y sons age. Take care. Enjoy driving. Its a fine art. Blessings.
Try Pune, Ahmednagar, Jalna... Avoid Sambhajinagar traffic by using bypass. The time taken will be reduced by 1 hr and also toll would be reduced by 500 rs
I see you have Nexon.. is it petrol or diesel.. if petrol, how much petrol will be needed for 800km ride on this expressway.. i am planning for Pune to Wardha soon and i have nexon petrol BS6
Concrete roads have longer life, preferred in heavy rain areas. Tyres wear and tear is more. More noisy. Costlier to construct but cheaper to maintain.
How good is Samruddhi Mahamarg - Aurangabad - Ahmadnagar - Pune route? It is shorter than Sinnar - Pune at about 240 km against 317 km. Then why it is not preferred. Please clarify as I am to travel soon.
The route from Aurangabad to Pune Via Ahmednagar is not recommended because of bad local traffic conditions. Even though I used this roue only, If you are leaving from Pune by 4 AM local traffic will be negligible and @ return we try to hit Aurangabad by 2-3 PM, so that the local traffic will be moderate at that time. The other reason for not taking Sinner exit Is the toll which is increased around 500+ Rs-/. The distance will be increased by around 55+ KM. Yes if you can avoid aale phata traffic via sinner is preferable any day. Also it depends if you live near Nashik Phata or nagar road, wagholi , viman nagar

It's not Nexon it's Tata Tigor. Avg City Plus Highway is around 18
Road is not that smooth..i would prefer tar road than cement road...Car runs smoothly on Tar roads
Yes Tar are better as tyre will also not heat up that much and also make less noise but I think concrete road has lesser maintenance

@@divesh613 can't say so. It has a different charm. For example Yamuna Expressway is fun to drive.
