Another way you can also do it by acrylic paint with soap then color the paper any way you want then add tape to it next all you have to do is put the mix on the tape you added on the paper and that's it!
Or just put arcliyic paint

Another way is take a paper and colour with crayons, only crayons and then you take black colour paint and paint on top of the crayon
And with color pencils I did it with color pencils and it was fine
you can also just color over the crayons with a black crayon

Another way is using colour pencils to put all sorts of nice colours on a white sheet and coveribg the ehole sheet with black crayon. Then you can take a toothpick and scrape the black crayon of showing all sorts of colours! My sis taught me this when I was young. ❤

Want an easier way??
you will need paper,crayons and a paper clip!
Grab a blank piece of paper,
then colour it however pattern you prefer!
then grab the black crayon and cover the whole paper!
Then unfold the paper clip and use the end to scratch it off!
also pls like I spent some time typing this!!
You can also do it we’re you get card and then coulor or paint rainbow strips then cover it in black paint wait till it drys then you have. A scratch pad

I have tried it too and it has another way
• Take oil pastel colours and rub it on a blank paper as you want
• Use acrylic paint and paint it on the oil pastel colours
• Wait until it dries then take a toothpick of any sharp object to scratch it...
Another way that works rlly well is put tape then mix a spoon or so of dish soap with black paint ( best to use acrylic paint ) and apply then let it dry work rlly well
even we can also use black paint ❤

A more easy way:
First, get crayons and paper.
Next, color the piece of paper anyway you want.
Cover the whole thing with black crayon, no tape!
Scratch it with a toothpick.

Another you can do it is to colour the full page with rainbow crayons then cover it with black acrylic colour then let it dry let a waste pen or a toothpick
The scratch paper in my area is the faulty ones when printing
you can also do the same but with acrylic paint, its much more better tho you have to let it dry for 10 mins.

No thats is right but it is hard just make a lot of rainbows on the paper and then fill it with black
Another way but much easier than it made it the thing u have in home. Is first colour with crayon on paper then apply black paint after some time it dries enjoying.
I also have another way: mix acrylic paint with hand soap and let it dry for 30 minutes and you can have a scent scatch paper :)
Just cut a paper the size u want then color it with any marker no need to do the same way like I like drawing different patterns the get a marker or paint or nail polish any color I prefer black acrylic paint (any type of paint like glass colors fabric colors fabric colors etc. Ur welcome
