- Here we have an Iveco Stralis 300 paired with a Zoeller Press, from F.K.F. Zrt. in Budapest, Hungary. FKF uses these trucks to collect these blue bins, used for paper waste, as well as the yellow lidded bins seen in the video, used for plastic and metal waste. These trucks also have a manual transmission, which is still fairly common in this region of the world, but unusual for rear loaders in more "modern" countries, such as the US. Overall, big thank you to the super nice crew for allowing me to follow along and film. Enjoy!

Very cool to see this in a more suburban area of Budapest. I wish I took the chance to film in the downtown areas when I was there. How often are the different commodities collected? Seems like a pretty clean paper stream. And I take it this is a private contractor for paper, whereas the city handles trash?
Thank you! Recycling is fairly clean here for the most part, which is always nice to see in my opinion. In areas with apartments like this, recycling is collected once a week and trash is done twice a week. In normal residential areas trash is done once a week and recycle is collected once a month. There are a few private contractors throughout the city, but for the most part it's done by FKF, which is the main waste management company in the city.

Persze! Megyek Magyarországra megint December végén- január elejéig. Már egy ideje akarok egy órán Rotopress-et le filmezni, csak ás a baj hogy nem tudom hol meg mikor jár egy a környékünkön. Beszéltem már erről egy pár FKF dolgozóval, és mind ászt mondta hogy a legközelebbi Rotopress ás Erzsébet-en jár. Nincs ás túl messze, de még mindig nem tudom hol, meg milyen nap. Ha van információ neked azzal kapcsolatba hogy hol meg mikor jár, akkor az segítene nekem meg találni egyet!
