You do below 2 option., i) you can send resume from personal mail to infy mail id ii) By using infyme mobile app, search connectify and on suitable job directly you can upload resume from mobile.

can i refer a employee who has 1.9 experience for 2 year experience job role
Mostly 3+ exp jobs only will be there. Check the job description if it shows 1+ enough you can apply. Otherwise your application will be auto rejected

You cant refer same person again within 6 month. For other member you can refer right away.
