In this video we are going to show you some of the richest and famous neighbourhood in Tehran, Iran.
This video starts from Fereshteh street and ends in Shahrak_e Gharb
Tehran has many expensive and luxurious places, among them we decided to go by car to 5 luxury areas and tour them.
These areas have very high facilities and welfare conditions. Also, these neighborhoods are in a very good condition in terms of access to highways, cultural and recreational places, shopping centers, transportation, medical and educational centers and having green spaces.
The factors that put these neighborhoods in the list of the most expensive areas of Tehran for buying a house include the following:
Most neighborhoods in the region are a combination of large houses, villas, apartments and luxury towers.
The towers have unique architecture and many facilities such as roof garden, home gym, private pool, sauna, jacuzzi and even their own massage room.
The streets of these neighborhoods are often wide and steep.
The climate of the neighborhood is cleaner than other parts of Tehran.
All apartments are expensive, high quality and have luxury facilities
The meters of the apartments are high, usually above 150 square meters
تهران محله های گران و لوکس زیادی دارد از بین انها ما تصمیم گرفتیم که با ماشین به ۵منطقه لوکس بریم و گشتی در انها بزنیم
این مناطق امکانات و شرایط رفاهی بسیار بالایی دارند. همچنین تمام این محله ها از نظر دسترسی به بزرگراه ها، اماکن فرهنگی و تفریحی، مراکز خرید، حمل و نقل، مراکز درمانی و آموزشی و داشتن فضای سبز در وضعیت بسیار خوبی قرار گرفته اند.
عواملی که این محله ها را در لیست گرانترین منطقه تهران برای خرید خانه قرار داده شامل موارد زیر می شود:
بیشتر محله های منطقه یک تلفیقی از خانه های بزرگ، ویلایی، آپارتمان ها و برج های لوکس می باشند. برج ها دارای معماری منحصر به فرد و
امکانات فراوانی مانند روف گاردن، بدنسازی خانگی، استخر خصوصی، سونا، جکوزی و حتی اتاق ماساژ اختصاصی خود هستند
خیابان های این محله ها غالبا پهن و البته شیب دار هستند.
آب و هوای محله های یک به نسبت سایر نقاط تهران پاکیزه تر است.
