Thanks a lot brother! I put 5% down on this condo. It was pretty easy to get mortgage done atleast for me. They provided 2 parking stall and i am paying for underground parking stall which $5 monthly.

The builder is Truman and my mortgage rate was 5% fixed. My realtor was Asad- 403-973-0861.

Thank you! Of course, it could be a good rental income. Average rent in calgary is $2000 so since i bought this condo I am paying less than $2k.

Sure Arpita, it’s in skyview ranch manor NE, I bought this condo end of july for 265k. Now the condo price has gone up to 315k. Thank you!! and good luck if you’re planning to buy a house☺️
How is calgary or edmonton in 2024 for international students ?
it would be fine If you come to calgary or edmonton but i advise you not to go to toronto or vancouver cz it’s not affordable at all. Calgary is growing fast and has lots of opportunities upcoming years.

this is an incorrect description. It is the same thing. The words are interchangeble and their is no difference in luxury that depends on builders and chosen specs. Any type of home can be built with luxury. Your condo would not be considered luxurious although Truman builds beautiful homes. @@meetsachin

this is still incorrect. a condo is a type of dwelling. Means there is a condo board and condo fees. No different if you rent or own its still a condo if its part of a condo contract....@@meetsachin
