I find that a stronger grip allows the release to take care of itself. I'm struggling to really feel the release taking place with a neutral grip and a stronger grip seems to aid the release and assist in the "whiplash" action when striking the ball. Am I taking a sugar pill or is it acceptable/understandable that I use a stronger grip for this purpose?
i agree. A weak grip and even neutral grip for MY swing makes it way too hard to properly square the face and release the club. Strong grip produces beautiful draws and no pulls. Weak right hand grip is push slice city for me. I mean its bad!!!

what release is best for a weak grip? for a strong grip? rolling vs stable?
Josh - in your one plane swing, do you advocate right side tilt at setup? OR is this strictly a conventional (2 plane swing) feature?

Perhaps it would have been easier to see what you mean by demonstrating from that green in the distance ...
