Jaggery Powder 1 cup or 200 grams
Grated Carrots 1 cup
(Here I have used both orange & red carrots)
Curd or yogurt 1/4 cup
(You can skip adding curd if you are making it vegan. Add water instead in same amount)
Oil 1/2 cup or melted butter
Salt 1/4 tspn
Whole Wheat Flour 2 Cups or 200 grams
Baking powder 1 tspn
Baking soda 1/2 tspn

Mam take by weight. Wheat flour is light in weight n jaggery is heavy. So 1cup jaggery is 200gms. Yes measurements are correct
