You should totally add a old version of Nana shimura to the story a good place for her to be introduced would be the war with the eastern/western empire (IDK what the empire's called I just know it's the one that tries to take Veldora) chapter of the TTIGRAAS story
Great sage doesn't just evolve into ciel it evolves into Raphael then it needs to be given a name to evolve further (in the web novel Rimuru had to be a true dragon to be able to name Raphael but in the light novel rimuru named Raphael as a true demon Lord) other than that I don't think I noticed any mistakes

@@myheromultiverse5790 that's because Ciel is an evolved version of Raphael that has it's memories and even has emotions (Raphael has more of a personality than great sage but still mostly lacks emotions (though despite this Raphael is in love with rimuru do to the fact that Raphael existed for so long but after the death of milim's mom Raphael was more or less in some equivalent of a void where some of the more powerful skills are that nobody alive has so by great sage evolving into Raphael it more or less freed Raphael from a type of void where they can only watch what's going on in the universe) other than that Raphael is a more powerful version of great sage in every way and has a sub skill called ability adjust (which is what allowed Raphael to create Beelzebub and theoretically could be used to change how some skills work) but to give you an idea of the difference between Raphael and Ciel in the light novel Ciel is called a transcendent version of Raphael) anyway it's fine that you made that mistake it only happened because Ciel considers themself to still partly be Raphael so people mistakenly thought Raphael and Ciel were exactly the same in some regards aside from there name when in truth they are similar but have a different name and one is way more powerful than the other
It's fine to make mistakes we are only human and humans tend to make mistakes what matters is what you do after learning about the mistakes and regarding you choosing to only watch the anime it's fine it's just you will need to wait longer for the rest of the story to be out and not all anime show all of the stuff in there manga web novel or light novel (though in the case of tensura it's anime follows it's light novel and manga with a few elements of the web novel) so for something like this you will either need to take a break for a while to wait for the anime or chose if the story follows the web novel or light novel (it will be harder to get information about the light novel and it's still being made if I'm not mistaken however the web novel is complete but has lower cosmology the villains aren't as good in the web novel (the light novel has better villains) and skills get less explanation in the web novel)
