Many people who don't care about the Kings don't know the full story. It wasn't just Fox, but other players who were also losing hope in Brown. My dad (also a Kings fan) called this move the day before it happened. He was losing control in the locker room, and a franchise player on the verge of leaving is worth more to management than a coach. (see the Lakers with LeBron?)
Fox was in such a bad spot dude is guarding the rim/paint when they are up 3 point while Detroit is driving to the right then has to run to close out and fouls him such a dumb play by Fox and everyone knows it
Fired him cuz Fox is throwing a fit, trying to get traded. They just screwed the future by doing this. Fox is already mentally over w/ Draymond and his agent in San Francisco. He's not our leader. He's their puppet and they're gonna do this to us again and again.
He should go be an assistant at the spurs. He can learn a bit from pop before he retires and inherit a solid roster to work with. I dont think they will give mitch johnson the job after pop, he doesnt seem ready to be head coach yet. Crucially the key pieces, wemby, sochan and castle, are all great defenders as well. Which makes it easier for him, compared to fox, derozan and sabonis.

Bro, it's wild how good coaches get the axe because of bad luck or bad management. Mike Brown was straight up honest, and it’s messed up that they let him go.
They didn't capitalise after that 2023 season and it cost them. That's the tragedy of the NBA. There's some teams whose 'winning' window is one or two seasons like Sacramento. Then there's teams like Boston, Miami (Jimmy era), Houston (Harden era) who will have a longer window to 'win'. It's tough, but that's the harsh reality🤷♂️

Even your own coach 😂
@@Dileminabro ESPECIALLY our coaches
No more light the beam, tanking mode. Mike is not the issue, Fox is the one. hehe
I dont fw Fox crybaby ahh after this, im not sorry 😐
Unanimous Coach of the year fired ??? The team has been playing pretty bad since last season, so someone had to pay.
Just when you thought the kings were building something nice they go ahead and do king things again
Great passionate basketball coach, sometimes, nothing works. Wishing him & his fam a peaceful & happy New Yr!!!
Brown speaking facts Fox was is a terrible position and made even more mistakes to make up for his previous mistakes.
Mike brown always getting scape goated
Fox was in such a bad spot dude is guarding the rim/paint when they are up 3 point while Detroit is driving to the right then has to run to close out and fouls him such a dumb play by Fox and everyone knows it
Mike Brown is 100 percent correct.
How we know Fox didn’t close out on purpose. No way he didn’t know about the Mike Brown firing before he got fired. Definitely was a good coach.
Fired him for no reason
Fired him cuz Fox is throwing a fit, trying to get traded. They just screwed the future by doing this. Fox is already mentally over w/ Draymond and his agent in San Francisco. He's not our leader. He's their puppet and they're gonna do this to us again and again.
Mike Brown was not the problem
lol they made him beg for his job to fox before firing him anyways 😂😂
😂😂😂
HAHA
The guy that tells the truth the first gets fired
Mike Brown a goat fr
*Should never disrespect his gm/player.*
Brett Brown is RIGHT THERE lol
Why they keep scapegoating this guy like he’s toxic? He prolly don’t take shit or glaze his superstars and they throw temper tantrums when they don’t get their way🤷🏾♂️
Sacramento Queens 🤣
mike brown could be good on the spurs, smart young guys that can take criticisms
The Kings are not a good organization we forget because they had one good season !!!
Nobody forgot. Believe that.
Trust, kings fans know this organization is poorly run. we dont forget it, we just enjoy the good times as much as possible
Nothing he said is wrong!!
The NBA is getting soft and fans don't appreciate it. The numbers don't lie.
Y'all are letting the inmates run the asylum.
Mike Brown the Pels welcome you if you want to go to our shithouse franchise haha😅 Grif pay this man!
Bro, it's wild how good coaches get the axe because of bad luck or bad management. Mike Brown was straight up honest, and it’s messed up that they let him go.
Bad firing, coming from a king's fan. They should have gotten to help they needed for Fox a lot sooner
Fired a very good coach for absolutely no reason. And what do you think will come from this? 😂 most good coaches in the NBA already have a job.
Fox got butt hurt 😅
It's gonna happen over and over till he's gone, sadly. He's got his agent and Draymond Green pulling his strings
You know he’s right when there’s no questions
from Coach of the year to this?? ...This decision is BULL?H?T .. surely Mike will move on to better team.
Dwane Casey can relate
This is why the kings sucks, firing a coach for holding players accountable.
the race for cooper flagg starts in sacramento
Adam will not put the 'Great White Hope' in Sactown.
That's blasphemous lol
Copper flagg overrated
they wont even get him, adam silver would not allow that
Dalton was on the board but instead the gm took another pg that was already injured......terrible.
Since Vogel, I swear every COTY has been fired. I guess that's why Spo is still in Miami these past several years...
Prayers for any future COTY winners. The award seems cursed💀
Tom thibs still going strong
i mean what are u supposed to do in this kind of scenario as a coach when ur players "quit" on you or are not able to execute the things the coach tells them
The KINGS be watchin AC 😂😂😂
I feel bad for King's fans. "Lol Kings" continues
I'm not one to blame coaches. The players are the primary reason for wins and losses... but I'm also not going to pretend that Mike Brown didn't deserve to be on the hot seat. The Kings have lost 12 of their last 17 games! They're not the most talented team in the NBA, but they're too talented to be losing at that rate.
When a competitive coach voice out, and there's Rich Paul agent for sure you will be fired, Lebron Legacy.
an honest and tough coach is important look at Minnesota
