pretty cool looking little mic the subtle suppression is nice to have. Dont forget to sub, leave a like, comment and ring that bell also check out chris's video description on where to find him to talk tech ask about pc problems and anything in between hope to see u around
Hmmm mic “AI noise reduction” is useless in the test ……. Maybe low level hum tone noises ….. such as low level ceiling fan speed or faint background noises will I assume be handled better than boomy loud sounds. For many, low level sounds can be a little distracting in streams and removing this can be a good thing for a streamer / video calls etc 🥰👍😇
@@solowonabeat how it's "noise cancelling" works was demonstrated and actually noticable in the video. But it definitely doesn't live up the "noise cancelling" advertising of it. It's more like noise suppression when not speaking than actual noise cancellation. Looks sick. But at its price? I think competition is too tough with budget dynamics, or the elgato wave 1 which got a huge price cut down to like 40-50
Yeah the wave 1 being down to $50 makes for really tough competition thats for sure. As far as budget dynamics (of which this isn't tho), its competition are MOSTLY xlr handheld mics and anybody looking for a cool looking mic will probably look those over (which is a mistake imo, in case you haven't seen my $50 DIY sm7b lookalike video), but hey people still buy Yetis lol. The Maono HD300t we also have a video on though...thats another tough competitor for being both XLR and USB AND dynamic for not much more. Budget mics have certainly become a hot competitive segment!
@@CoalitionGaming yeah, if you wanna start streaming. Take your headset or Webcam mic, and download obs. Give it a couple weeks. See if you actually stream, if so then maybe get a wave 1 and go from there later. Don't let adhd kill your wallet. A life lesson I had to learn personally.
Should be a good one since it has the noise reduction feature and others don't in that price range. Wonder how it would do with air conditioner your computer or a ceiling fan noise. 😁
It’s hilarious 😂 I’m sorry!! I think many people need a noise cancelling while their talking. But great review thank you Sir! I love it when you stop talking and the noise suppression kicks in. lmao
I need a good mic, i stream from ps5 and i find my Arctis 7p+ headphones picks up more background noise than ny own voice snd my home is heavily Forrested so at nice the crickets are a killer.
I need a mic that can block out my AC in my workshop. I’m about 5-10ft away and with a cheap lav mic works ok but RTX Voice makes me sound weird at the setting I need to block out the noise.I can’t explain the sound of my voice but It sounds like a slight echo and robot like. I also need to move around a little bit or move it while the mic is out of sight. Anyone have a suggestion on how I can do this? Thx in advance.
It's to test the claims the microphone has of this functionality, of which it is further talked about and figured out here. Do you not understand the reason for making the video?

I was waiting for you to turn it on, sounded like crap to me.
This Reminds me of Hyperx Quadcast. I like this mic. Only $40 bucks too. Awesome video Chris
does kind have a similarity going on with the rgb and the mesh yeah

Soooo… not noise cancelling at all cause I didn’t hear a difference at all.

@@CoalitionGaming yeah, budget audio easier than ever, people just need to learn to put down the blue yeti(s).
and to also stop buying SM7Bs "so they can start streaming." lol

well i had a ceiling fan on during this recording so there's that!
@@CoalitionGaming Cool cuz sometimes ceiling fans make janky noises too. 😊
@@CoalitionGaming how about electric fan?
Nice video bro! What would you recommend for more of podcast style recordings? Id need it to connect to my phone for separated audio. Thanks!
Dynamic mics, generally. Some USB mics do work with phones as well.
Sabes si el micrófono se puede conectar a un brazo sin un adaptador especial o si es necesario? Saludos!
Si se puede conectar a un brazo facil

Had to test the claim. Still a functional form of noise cancellation, just not what I was expecting

Nice content I did the subscribe.. would you say this is a good mic for recording vocals?
For a small podcast or some recording of stuff? Sure. For anything professional? Spend a bit more money.
How do you think this mic would hold up against a busy street, cars driving by, honking, people playing music on the street etc?
Probably not too well since it's still a condenser mic, but running it through Nvidia broadcast could resolve all that
Btw is this gd for asmr ?
Late comment but IS THAT A VIDEO GAME HIGH SCHOOL SHIRT?
YEP. I knew some people that worked on VGHS and even helped do some stuff in one of the first episodes of the first season
I never heard the Cricket but I sadly have tinnitus. :( Good Video Mic Sounds decent.
Whaaaa it was all I could hear in the first part of the video when I was editing it lol. Thanks!
Wow this is good.
Is what I would say if weren’t for the fact that ITS F**KING SOLD OUT!!!
Damn

Try using a dynamic microphone instead of a condenser, and using it at the lowest gain setting you can while still being loud enough to be heard
@@CoalitionGaming Ok thank you I will look into those today, I really appreciate it !
@@CoalitionGaming thank you!
He better than fifine a6v, a8, k669 ?
I would go with the K688
Wish I could figure out to get my hyperx quadcast to cancel better 😔
If you have an Nvidia RTX GPU you could always use Nvidia broadcast (or the older RTX voice if you have a GTX Nvidia GPU)
@@CoalitionGaming I am sadly i5 lol
Why would you mention having noise cancelling features when clearly it doesn’t work!
